I have had excellent service in all my package deliveries.

was expecting a package this 13th to use the 17th and it’s been delayed 2 and now I can’t go to the event

FedEx system is highly inefficient. My package is supposed to be delivered today 10/17 between 10 and 3 pm. Two FedEx trucks delivered packages within this time two and three apts adjacent to my apt but my package was on either truck. That’s a horribly dysfunctional system. How can you make deliveries literally seconds from my apt but my package is not on either truck.

Terrible, they made one attempt to deliver. Now I get an email saying that if I don't pickup today, their going to send back to shipper. I have no transportation to pickup. I'm a senior who needs the package.

‘Will arrive before 6pm’. 0 live tracking, bad order updates, competing delivery companies are by far superior.

My tracking number is 611379722639. I waited all day last Friday after FedEx said my package will arrive between 10:18 and 2:41. As I was waiting in my car right in front of my apt FedEx updated my package to today 10/17 between 10:18 and 2:41. I’ve been sitting in my car today 10/17 since 8am. It’s now 10:21. We shall see if FedEx can ever keep to its promise or has it just become a third rate delivery service. I will update if FedEx has delivered my package.

I am expecting a package, One attempt was made to deliver. I am unable to pick up. Received an email saying if not picked up today it would be returned to shipper. I will never have any dealings with FedEx again

Paid for 2day shipping and now FedEx delivery changes the delivery date 3 times now that's unacceptable and should be refunded immediately for shipping cost

Hi very disappointed in FedEx pay the premium price for a parcel to be delivered within 24 hours get Email after 18:00 hours saying it won’t be delivered today stuck in the parking depot in London UK can’t rearrange redelivery because of your system is a total load of rubbish can’t contact them by phone can’t contact them by email can’t contact them no way what a load of rubbish you should be ashamed of yourselves you claim to be one of the worlds best courier companies well far is I can see you one of the worst courier companies you even worse than the Royal mail and that’s saying something tracking number 770192537560

My package was delivered with care, my package was well packed with no broken parts. Driver was very kind!

Package tracking says out for delivery as of Fri Oct 14. As of Sun Oct 16 not delivered. 2nd time order was ship from vendor and same non delivery TWICE now!

The FedEx tracking system is terrible, none of the apps work. I had to call the original shipper for delivery status.
