Always will get a notification that says my package is delivered when it has not been

Took forever to get my package live center for my lathe. Laid idle somewhere in NC because of a label damage. Took 2 weeks to get it and it looks like I'm not the only one ether by the other reviews!

It doesn't show any intinerary

I was not satisfied with my delivery. You guys was told to deliver at my house not at the mobile home.. For now on you need to deliver at my house..

Will not deliver package on time.. parcel will sit idle in some station for days before delivery.

FedEx..... more like fedup of waiting taking time off work to sit around waiting for a parcel that was on 24 hour delivery it's been 3 days now and the tracking app says it's still at the depo .....what in god's name is going on with them ...... They should be shut down.... Never use FedEx there a waste of time and money is I could give them a no star rating I would

My expensive Pampered Chef item was left halfway up my driveway.

Awful service!!! My package was sent on October, 9th. Today is October, 14th and my tracking number shows that my package is in Memphis, TN…come on!!!! I want my package delivered today!!!

When they deliver packages to our place they don't even ring the door bell. The only way we know a package has been delivered is if I am tracking and I get a text. It is really upsetting that some of the workers have no sense of customer service.

Put in tracking number and rerouted to the online employment department. And then they will mail you your check. Lol

If I can give 0 start I will give it FedEx is garbage they always late don't have good customer service zero in everything

Supposed to get my delivery today between 9 am and 1 pm it’s 9:27 pm and now it’s saying it’s pending delivery and it’s in Kentucky and I’m in Indiana! What is going on?

Slow, lost packages, returned without notice, delivered to wrong address and constantly moving delivery dates

my package left Brazil on 09/26/22 and has been in Fedex's hands in Memphis since 10/04/22 and they don't give any delivery estimate, how can you treat your customers like this? The bad service you guys do is not cheap ?
