FedEx..... more like fedup of waiting taking time off work to sit around waiting for a parcel that was on 24 hour delivery it's been 3 days now and the tracking app says it's still at the depo .....what in god's name is going on with them ...... They should be shut down.... Never use FedEx there a waste of time and money is I could give them a no star rating I would

Awful service!!! My package was sent on October, 9th. Today is October, 14th and my tracking number shows that my package is in Memphis, TN…come on!!!! I want my package delivered today!!!

When they deliver packages to our place they don't even ring the door bell. The only way we know a package has been delivered is if I am tracking and I get a text. It is really upsetting that some of the workers have no sense of customer service.

my package left Brazil on 09/26/22 and has been in Fedex's hands in Memphis since 10/04/22 and they don't give any delivery estimate, how can you treat your customers like this? The bad service you guys do is not cheap ?
