Supposed to be overnight ,shipped 10/11/22 it's the 13th and my package is in indiana

Trying to get a pkg delivered by FedEx is always a hassle, there is a vacant house on Church property and instead of coming to the Church they try to deliver to vacant house and then say No one was home duh....the package plainly says Church, why would you deliver to a house?

I don't know what is happening with your tracking system. This the second time that I could not track my parcel.

If you live in an apartment bulding they wont bother contacting you or reaching out just put the attempt stickers on. There is no possible way to know when they're there unless you wait all day downstairs. Called about this a basically was told they would do nothing and those other attempts count because I never came down.... how would I have known to come down?!? Also I never received any information regarding a second attempt wholeheartedly wouldn't be suprised if they lied. Called in and the lady was just rude and blamed me for not getting the package when I wasnt even notified it was there for me to get.

Fed ex delivery is garbage ??

Really need a 0 for rating, very dissatisfied my phone was delivered to the wrong house and the virtual assistant was rude

Unable to give zero rating unfortunately, however, I stayed for a package to be delivered today (12th). But according to the tracking system it’s still in Milton Keynes. The Service as usual is useless. Your heart sinks when you find out the carrier is FedEx as you know there will be problems.

Absolutely awful service. Lies about attempting delivery, tracking shows parcel never even left the depot and hopeless customer services. It wasn't like this in Tom Hank's day. Shocking

Took package in Monday afternoon in Athens Ga now the package is held up or delayed in Kennasaw Ga. I don’t get it what’s up with that. Company is waiting on the package.
