Always delivery and on time when you need it!

I am having a hard time getting my refund because you put the box in the rain on August 20th at my back door. I was not at home until August 22nd. I found only one wet box at my door, dried it out and return it to you to send back on September 1st. I am getting two tracking numbers whrn I took a picture in your store of the tracking numbet that was on the box. The clickbank sent me a different tracking. I am having a hard time getting my refund. I suggest that no one order anything that has to go thru fedex. Trust me, I will make sure that no one I know don't.

I was suppose to recieve 2 package, I guess on August 20th with 2 tracking #. One #276691775719 and 6129098242621530718 but I didn't. I am having a hard time getting my refund because I don't know where both packages went. I received the 276691775719. I pray that no one else order anything thru fedx because the one package was put by the wrong door in the rain and I didn't discover it until 2 days later because I was not at home. Dried it out and took it back to be sent to the company. I am having a hard time trying to get my refund. Bad service.

Sent a gift to my grandson in Bloomington Indiana. Package went to Oregon, then disappeared from the face of the earth.

A parcel was sent October 5th from 2 hours away…still hasn’t been delivered. Last two parcels I had to go and pick up because the delivery agent was too lazy to ring the buzzer and bring them to my door.

Fed ex is very unreliable....i would rather have a choice of which courier I use...even if I had to eat the higher charge

Still says waiting for item even though it was shipped over a week ago. Today is the expected delivery date. If you are going to subject us to ads then at least have this updated correctly

You get no update on your parcel anytime the company likes the driver delivers despite saying next day delivery

Delivery delayed in Memphis for 2 days and arrived in my city 3,Rd day but delivery went to wrong person.lousy service never will use FedEx.
