Everytime I get a chewy order the box is crushed and partially opened. I've had some of my product destroyed.

I've been watching my package sit in the same city for 3 days, after it traveled for over a week. I thought FedEx was supposed to be reliable? Picking it up myself would have been faster!

The tracking is grossly inaccurate. Can someone in FedEx tell me where is my parcel? The target delivery date was on 5/10/2022!

I'd give no stars if I could!!! Been waiting a week for them do deliver a "next working day" parcel to me....they claim they can't find my address despite delivering to me in the past

I don't know what has happened but I am noticing a huge change for the better. We receive multiple packages every week from different carriers and with the job FedEx has been doing lately I would give them a 10. Keep up whatever you are doing as it is great! Very fast deliveries and doung a great job!

Why is Memphis closed? My shipment will be 2 days later than said. Terrible service for a company that thinks it is so good.
