Every month I get package iFedEx driver can't read numbers they deliver at 1&2 I am 5&6 its getting old I have a bad knee and old hire ppl who can read

I appreciate the service fedex has provided for all of us especially during the pandemic All companies have been challenged the last few years I give them an a for all the effort and good work in the people that work for them thank you fedex most people leave bad reviews Because they're the only ones that post reviews and most of those people you could not satisfy if you gave them a million dollars just for sitting home they still would still complain.

The order didn't arrive on time spent an entire day in the facility near my house

My daughter sent me an important legal document from Santa Fe, Tx. It was coming to Chandler, Tx. That was a week ago and now it’s in Utah!

Very very bad Lost the last two deliveries

Got alert package was delivered at 7:23 pm left at front door, checked at 7:29pm no package!!! Customer service is a waste of time!!! This has always been a problem when something is shipped through FedEx! But I’m guessing my package is still on the truck like the other packages I never received!

Your drivers don't know how to deliver to the house. You think as long as it's somewhere on the property then it's delivered. One more thing, if they do deliver to the house how hard is it to ring the door bell.

I literally saw a fedex truck pass my house in my neighborhood 2hrs before leaving this post. My package should also have been here yesterday but they delayed it in their building. Still waiting for my package to arrive. I could have drove to the place yesterday to pick up my own package. This is ridiculous.

It's not reliable company

Did not deliver package. Said customer unavailable. I was at home sitting in my living room with my door open. There was no knock no hello or door bell ring. Totally disappointed!!!

It cannot be possible to take from Sept 23 to October 6 to transport a medical delivery!

I recently moved from California to virginia. I ordered a new bed but I forgot to change the address on the account from the company I placed the order with. By the time I realized it, the bed was already on its way to california. FedEx did a remarkable job in getting the bed rerouted to Virginia so I didn't have to pay for the additional cost of shipping it from California back to my new home in Virginia. Excellent logistical work!
