This item should off been delivered on the 05/10/2022 then says it will be on the 06/10/2022 then says it will be delivered today on the 07/10/2022 before 6pm yet it is still in Stansted what a joke this it

No one at fedex could tell us about our packge and why it was delayed a week. If the info wasn't on the computer there was no other info that existed. Incredibly bad service and complete run around with fedex people

Very poor service and very bad experience with fedex. I want important documents shipments but it's takes more than week to reach. I think choosing fedex is waste of money because no one responsible and shipment coming one week after the expected date. Very poor service from fedex and customer representatives .

I can’t even give you a 1. You couldn’t even deliver to the right address. Your driver delivered my Box, which was correctly addressed to 409- YET he chose to deliver it to 2 houses down from me and sent me a photo of their porch saying pkg. delivered. I don’t believe you folks trained the driver in this manner. RETRAINING is in order, don’t you agree??? I was able to retrieve my pkg. because I have a GOOD Neighbor!!! They lose and or drop off my packages at another location almost every time it never fails. I’ve made so many complaints it’s ridiculous. It’s so bad I have my vendors note the account for ups only or usps. They take no accountability for the inconvenience at all. Medical supplies, personal shipping, everything. Luckily I have neighbors who are honest when something doesn’t belong when they do deliver to them but it’s sad that we’ve only gotten to know one another based on package

With the tracking number I could check the progress of my delivery. Which got there in no time. FEDEX are a massive massive global Courier who delivered my package locally with no issues.

Disastrous. took over a month and website tracking misleading. Even after it was finally delivered it did not show the status correctly and thus caused a lot of extra work and costs on the side of both the sender & addressee.

The driver claimed that my package was undeliverable, no attempt was made now my package is on its way back to the sender. In order for me to have it resent if any charges accrue they are my responsibility. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen, never will I use there service again.
