Very bad service FedEx

I do not get my parcel , the delivery bor delivered my parcel to the wrong address I am very disappointed. Please help me to find my parcel .

I've finally learned my lesson and will no longer use FedEx. Delays and lost packages have been my last 3 attempts to get packages delivered. I've paid over $25.00 to expedite my shipments and each time there were extended delays to then finally receive notice from the company I purchased my item from that the package was lost by FedEx. Hours spent on the phone waiting to speak with customer service representatives who knows nothing but to say how sorry they are. Also the representatives I spoke with were very difficult to understand.

They ask for a contact number they came at my address they was no buzzer to buz they didn't call or nothing they turn back with my package saying failure to deliver package so why did you guys even ask for an contact number make no sense

At one time FedEx service was exceptional. Now it seems the company has gone down the drain. I don't have any nice experience with them lately. I wonder whether this is a shortage of labour, training, organizing, setting up operational procedures or just a managerial issue. Whatever it is the result is shoddy service. And who has advised them to send customers from help to software tech who charge. Big scam.

Fedex is not the problem but statuspnr.infedex if by mistake you track through them ,t Your goods will be held because they are 3rd party wanting clearance fees

Still waiting for 2 day delivery package mailed on 8/1 from TX to AZ to arrive at destination. From TX package was traced to Memphis, Florida, back to Memphis and has been sitting in warehouse in Tucson for 16 hours. Next stops include Nogales (Mexico) and Memphis. What is the problem FedEx?

FedEx technical support is the worst. We shipped packages from Colombia, but upon arrival in Panama we were told we still owed a small amount of money (less than $100). No problem. How do we pay. Since they don't accept credit cards, we were told the easiest way to pay was to get a Federal Express account and pay through our account. Then the frustrations began! I signed up as a personal account but the site keeps treating me as a commercial account, and won't complete the process accessing my account requiring an RUV number which, not being a business, I don't have. Customer service people have been great, and have tried to help, but it keeps going back to tech support. When I spoke briefly with a tech support woman, I was chastised and told I shouldn't be contacting tech support and the cycle continued. It took 3 weeks before I was told that I could drive to a nearby city and pay there. I finally found a way to pay and paid this past Friday. I immediately sent a copy of the receipt to FedEx as they required. It is now Wednesday, and tracking my shipment shows it is still in Panama City. This experience has created frustration and aggravation beyond belief, not to mention hours spent on the telephone with customer service. I can't help but wonder "Will I ever get my packages?"

My package was sent on July 18th, 2024. It has been sitting at a facility in Tegucigalpa. My docs destination is El Paraíso 118 kilómetros , 2 1/2 hours. As of today package still in transit with no information as to when it will be delivered. - 1 is my rating for this service. My refund will not be enough to replace the wasted time while my package sits somewhere in Tegus. To much negligence.
