I paid 15 dollars to have my package delivered in one day,well it wasn't delivered,and the reason was incorrect address.How can this be when I gave them my home address? Incompetence at its finest.

Fed x is the worst people to deliver your packages and when they get delivered to wrong address or missing it your fault!!!! Never again ???

Package is 3 days late and no communication as to why

Quite surprising that this company is still running. Always either late delivery or unable to give you pragmatic solutions to find lost items. If a company is operationally a mess you would expect their customer support to be acceptable. That is sadly not the case for this company. Avoid this one by all means it will save you time, money and headaches.

Customer Service was on top of getting things taken care of

I'm waiting on a delivery for about a week now and they want to pay for the postage after I already paid for it...AND THEY CANT EVEN FIND IT WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE ME. Now isn't that special.

Worse service ever. Paid to have my package Monday 9.26.22 before hurricane Ian and still don't have. They keep lying, passing the buck and transferring me to phone lines no one is answering. Everyone I spoke with told me something different about my package. I even drive 2.5 hours to where my package was being held only to be told it was no longer there. Called customer service again to be told it was there on a truck that had not left. Why... just be honest and stop lying about the service you can provide. Because it clear you can't. Regular mail would of been better and cheaper.

Always excellent service

My package has been in Mississippi since Tuesday and it's Friday. It was in Kansas 3 days before it got to Mississippi that is ridiculous. I hope my daughter didn't pay for shipping rip off would Rate a ZERO BUT NO OPTION FOR ZERO

My package made it half way across the country and it was not only on time as promised, it was early. Good show!

Worst courier service world wide..my package that was picked on 16 Sept in UK has not reached its destination in Malawi , 2 good weeks still in transit.Un reliable and full of lies

Tracking page say my package was delivered but got no package at all.
