I had to pay for an upgrade to deliver next day $105.11 because the girl who initially set up delivery for Express, my friend that sent the package said it took the girl 4 times to get the shipment wrong. Then she didn't listen that it was supposed to be overnight. My friend had to go up there twice. The 2nd time was for overnight. The delivery was set by 8pm the next day. It's past 8 pm the next night and I still don't have my package. Their delivery person noted on the tracking Customer not available or business closed. We have been home all day. My husband and father in law had been working at end of drive way all day. Our address is on mail box opposite side of road in big letters. The delivery person DID NOT attempt to drive down our road to our house to see if we were home or even looked to see my husband at end of road obvious from main road. I am very upset that I paid the extra money to get overnight delivery and still no package.

1st time I view fedex to ship a package to California. Was supposed to arrive by 9/26/22 but would you believe it arrived at 9/23/22 3 days sooner. Don't know what I did that was different than you guys did but I have no complaints I gave them 5 stars.

There should be a negative star for these idiots. Waiting on parts and these morons are sending them back to California instead of delivering to my shop, said they couldn't deliver. Funny UPS has been delivering packages for the last two weeks with no problem.

They are so rubbish I was expecting a parcel today and sender put my old address in the packaging they tried delivering today and person at the address told them no one with so and so name we don’t know and they put it as deliver and signed by myself I redirected my parcel but they still tried delivering it on the other one

The driver act like they try to deliver but don’t really try. Will have you sitting around waiting and they never show up

Worst non delivery I've ever experienced. Shipped thru what I thought was the post office, transferred to fed ex and lost. Now the finance company is calling for their money for a product that nobody has. Never buy Simpli Safe or use Fed Ex!

I got my dress booked to wear on a wedding I paid express 26 th was the date confirmed to me at 6:30 -7 pm it would be delivered it was delivered on 29 at 13:55 I was charged express 1.5 kg package was charged 180 dollars Toronto Canada to Pakistan

The worst service I have ever experienced, I sent a very important document, marked priority to Colombia South America on the 16th is Sep and is now the 29th and hasn’t been delivered yet, I keep getting different messages and excuses, today I got a message to say that is in Newark NJ

My package was not delivered as per receipt dated and was holding in NZ FedEx facility for no reason at all instead of releasing it to the final destination to the country that was intended for the receiver.

Tracking numbers don't have to be 20 numbers long !!!

I ordered a watch from here but this will be the first and last time they are incorrect regarding the delivery time with a long delay and I have no information about my package, I am very disappointed with them ?
