If you want to get stuffed with FedEx whose tracking software is ineffective and the drivers who don't inform of delivery updates, use this service. Will never buy from a company using FedEx.

My medicine was to be delivered today 9-28-22 and it's 8:00pm and no medicine taken today. I'm very disappointed and not happy. You need better service. I hope it arrives. I'm a heart patient.

Very fast and secure

Out for delivery at 8:09 am from point located 10 miles from delivery point. No contact or info on tracking update where the package is 6 hrs later. Hopeless

Our parcel is should be arrivel date is 26 September before 5 .pm today is 28 September still not received us it is samples from international abroad still wr are waiting for it but it is very poor service still we don't know where is this parcel

I order Flowers from 1 800 Flowers. The florist use FED EX,to deliver the flowers! She send me the tracking number. Arrive in time. I made the order online in P.R. To be delivered at Chicago Illinois. (North Side). As soon was delivered,I received an E-mail notification. I called my daughter,to let her knew ,was something outside the house,at the porch.Is a good neighborhood.Next time ,driver,please at least,ring the bell,and wait for the person to open the door.

Parcel was supposed to arrive monday, it didn't, there was no update or notice to say this, just it will be with by 6pm, well 6pm came and went no parcel, because lets be honest FedEx as a whole is a stupidly under qualified to guarantee your parcels safe deliver on time and where it should be.

Parcel posted in N. Ireland for delivery to Murcia Spain. But for some reason went via Dublin. Heathrow. Charles de Gaul. Barcelona. Murcia. 8 days later still no parcel. It was a small package that could have went straight to Alicante and then delivered but FedEx decided to send my parcel on a little holiday. Never again lucky there is no lower than 1 star. Shame on you Fefex?

This a very complex & difficult delivery system.

This is the worst service. My grand medical supplies were not delivered at all. The driver sent text delivered. Then people have to call a get BS line. Claim they can't get intouch with lying driver.
