My package should have arrived yesterday and tracking info says it hasn’t been reviewed which it hasn’t

Not a good service at all. Important documents delivered to the wrong address and Fedex cannot tell us where they were delivered so that we could arrange collection.

FedEx delivered my package to Japan efficiently and quickly, with tracking updates all the way. Good job.

It says my order was supposed to be here today and it never showed up

My package arrived in good shape earlier than FedEx predicted.

And I thought ups was bad lol. Fed ex just took the lead. Do NOT expect your delivery to be on time or be able to find where your package is. It was delivered to their location an hour and a half away from my residence 2days ago and it claims it's still in transit. Maybe they are walking to my house so they can save money on fuel.

Ordered something and its been shown sitting in the ware house ready to ship out, but it’s still somehow late??

I haven't had any problems so far, but have read the reviews. Mind you I don't use fedex for business, I just receive parcels from others using it

I've been picking up my order for a week and I can't find it

First of all I don't receive the package on time I receive it 2 day later. tracking number it doesn't show where is your package and they not updating where is the package located i will never used FedEx. also my package was damaged I follow claim now with FedEx.

Excellent Service! US Postal Service and UPS cost much higher and FEDEX always gets my package delivered before the actual delivery date. Thank you!!

Waiting over a week for 48 hours delivery
