Waiting for my package to about it was supposed to arrive on 9/26/2022 by 8:00 p.m. it's saying it still has not left Illinois still waiting for package to come to Sparta Michigan this is getting to be a bunch of reggae Monroe I'm not too happy as far as I'm concerned I would like my shipping money back this is not the way to do business very very disappointed

I find FedEx to be absolutely ridiculous with excuses for NOT delivering on time. They simply change the dates of delivery on a whim and the actual location tracking never moves. A sure sign the parcel is lost. So very disappointed. Fedex won't be my choice of delivery for anything! Sad, it used to be reliable and customers meant something!

FedEx is the worst delivery service ever! They have damaged and returned a package that I was expecting, so I never recieved it. As of now, it's been 10 days since a package has shipped through them and still no package. The package should have arrived within 3-5 days at most! I would highly recommend NOT to use FedEx!

I'm so disappointed. I was expecting my package between september 21 and september 25. I was surprise to realize it was still in USA since september 17. I paid for express delivery, I can not imagine how it takes too long. Very bad service!!!

My package was scheduled to be delivered 9/24/22; however, after I didn't receive it by 4:30 pm that day I got worried & contacted FedEx customer service. They were no help at all. They told me that I wouldn't receive my package until 9/26/22, which didn't help me at all considering my event was 9/25/22. I was told that my shipment was 3.5 hours away which confused me considering that where it was shipped from was only 2 hours away. My package arrived at this place at 1 am on 9/24/22 & I was told that it will just sit there until 9/26/22 even though my receipt stated 9/24/22. No matter how intense the conversation was in reference to the importance of that package for my event on 9/25/22, they did nothing to make things right. But several agents told a lot of untruths trying to pacify me to make me think that they were doing something to expedite things enabling me to receive my package on Sunday; when they clearly state on the website that they don't deliver on Sunday. Even if I wanted to drive those 3.5 hours to pick up my package, I was told that I still couldn't pick the package up til Monday which I wouldn't need anymore. They really don't care about their customers.

On Friday at 11:45 my sister went to a fedex office in Hagerstown in Hagerstown and paid $54 for next day delivery to my house in Beltsville and they call me on Saturday and tell me that they don't deliver on Saturday so I'll have to wait until Monday for my package Terrible service it's wrong they charge you that much and then don't deliver. She should get all her money back. So after that lack of service I'll give them a negative 5 stars.
