I have been waiting over a week for a package that should have been here the next day!

Bought an ac unit about 10 days ago, expected 21st-22nd, it's the 23rd and the driver has been in the same spot for the past 6 hours on gps

Mom was so excited to get her box and has dvds for the toddler babysitting. Awesome.

My box i didt recieve yet until now it been a month how can i give you feedback if your company is like that not even txt you or confirm

Very bad service .waiting my parcel from long time bit no update

Worse than useless. Given the wrong tracking number. Parcel went all over the place ….except the place we had wanted it too. Never got the parcel. Truly awful service. Would NEVER use again or recommend

The last few deliveries to my house have been plopped in our rock garden bed adjacent to the street - about 25 feet from our door. It looks like the driver just pulls up at the street and chucks it out. WTH?

I was getting a package from the east coast to San Diego CA. I paid extra for it to be delivered in 1 to 2 business days. The package made it to San Diego the next day, however when getting sorted at the airport, it got put on a trailer to Costa Rica, where it got held up by customs. 9 days later still did not receive package which contained my replacement atm card, meaning I had no access to any of my money. I was talked around in circles by multiple employees until I finally talked to a gentleman named Josh who was finally able to help me, he did not speak to me in a condescending manner like his coworkers and he actually called me back with updates when he said he would,in like his coworkers. Thank you Josh!

They are horrible, packages lways late aways some delay. I wish businesses would give you option to who you want use for shipping. USPO is a million times more reliable

Most of the time Jason is our FedEx delivery guy here in Bethel he is the nicest kindest gentleman we've ever met great job

The worst service I have ever experienced. Almost lost the sale of my house because of this horrible service.

Ordered product on September 14th. Paid expedited shipping with quoted delivery date of the 16th. Didn't arrive on the 16th but delivery date changed to Monday, the 19th. Called on the 20th and was told the package is in Memphis but no additional information. Called again on the 21st and was told that the package was lost and I should go back to the shipper (Samsung). Samsung said that they don't consider it lost for 7 days. Meanwhile, a big FU to the customer. Called again today and got same runaround. No wonder the people of the world are so angry.

Is there an option for negative numbers?

My package show me delivered but no receive

Ordered a vacuum cleaner from Amazon to be delivered to Falmouth in Cornwall. Parcel allegedly delivered and signed for but could not be found. According to tracking the parcel has in fact been delivered to Hull 400 miles away.
