Package not delivered

Total FAILURE My SON paid $100 to have my package delivered quicker because it contained 2 of(11) medicines This was on 9/16 he sent it from San Antonio TX it was shipped to Memphis Tenn ??? It was CLEARLY marked with my address in Collinsville TEXAS ! Instead of Memphis sending it directly to me they send it BACK to SanAntonio ??? To start the whole process of shipping again So the medicine to help help keep me from being hospitalized is now 4 days late!!! Told my SON he needs to get a refund of his $100 How did the shipper get the city of SanAntonio confused with MEMPHIS ???? WTF ??? Its a TOTAL FIASCO ! Its ALMOST LAUGHABLE but Im to sick & he's to ANGRY to do so !??

FedEx have lost my package They say it was delivered to my address but this is not possible, I was in all day waiting for it and they say it was signed for by a person who I have no idea who it is so clearly gone somewhere else. No help from FedEx at all. I have to give this 1 Star which is ridiculous, it should have 0 Star.

Forever waiting for FedEx deliveries. Never turn up when they say they will. Have delivered to wrong addresses and often mark as "undeliverable, premises shut" when I've waited at work til 6pm for nothing. Appalling Service. Would give zero stars if possible!

Terrible service…..will use RELIABLE services in the future..exorbitant $$ spent with package still not delivered…TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY!!!

Having important papers sent from Michigan to LI over night, which should have been yesterday, STIILL NO PAPERS

I have used FedEx for over 5 years,when shipping my packages to California, Massachusetts and Florida. I never have had any problem whatsoever when it pertains to my friends getting their packages. The drivers for FedEx are so courteous, polite and do such an excellent . The recipients of the packages are always very pleased to receive them.

Extremely poor service! My package was lost and I even can’t reach to a real person for an update status. Very disappointed with the service. There is no customer service. All my experience shows FEDEX does not care about their clien!

Awful. Package was expedited and supposed to arrive on Friday. Then by Monday before 4:30pm. It is now 6pm and still no Package.

FedEx lide refused to deliver the package and should not be able to be this way to people when you call them you get a nother country just not right

FedEx is the Shipping Carrier who take Forever to DELIVER Awful Not Only That The Never Follow Instructions They Keep Leaving My Packages Inside A Closed Patio That Has a Sign Private Property And Another Indicating to leave all packages in the front door Terrible Service

My package said it was supposed to be deliver today but still is in the same location and don’t think I would be getting it on time . I should get my money refunded why does FEDEX always takes for ever and never cared for the delivery to be deliver on the due date . So annoying
