I have always had good service with FedEx.

I have a pkg being sent to me however the FedEx driver according to my contact person insist on wanting me to pay for the gas of his truck and when tires were blown up insisting of me to pay for it. Isn’t this the management duty to pay for all these for my goods to be delivered!

In over 20 fedx deliveries in 5 years only 2 have come on time. They are TERRIABLE. If I order something I ask that they DO NOT USE FEDX

International brand with poor service ,on of the worst service ever

My parcel was put down as delivered two days after it was due! The driver went nowhere near where i live and looks like it headed to dover! No package, not happy!

The delivery man just leaf my package to guard house with out calling or texting me. I just knew my package was received by someone. So when i track my package it was in the guard house.

If I could give a 0 I would. First they were supposed to have delivered it on 09/17/22 on that date they claimed the zip code was not correct. I made sure the address was correct. Then it went to the wrong FedEx delivery place. On 09/18/22 they sent the message saying the package was delivered, when I got to my sisters house to get my package it was not there. I called them and they told me to contact the company that the package was ordered from. They do not take responsibility for what they do. Instead of contacting the delivery person they just don't care about the packages nor where they are delivered to.

I don’t know how these people stay in business. They never know where your package is. And never on time.

Package was sent 8/24/2022 was scheduled to be delivered 8/30/2022 still waiting for it 9/18/2022

I contacted FedEx before they even had the shipping information or the package, then again after they had the package from the sender, to inform them that they had the wrong delivery address. I explicitly told them not to deliver the package, after answering their authentication questions, yet they still mindlessly delivered the package to the address I told them was wrong, and even left it unattended without asking for a signature. The brainless staff at FedEx literally could not be any more incompetent and useless if they tried!

Fedex has a very bad service. I am not happy with Fedex.

I am giving FedEx a four star, cause the package I was suppose to receive yesterday still hasn't made it.

Really poor service, they provide you with a door tag that does not even work. After many hassle to contact live help they can't find the package either. This is why I hate to use this company. I always avoid it at all costs possible. Always an issue with this company.
