Absolutely rubbish I redirected my parcel as the shop shuts at 7pm and FedEx deliver until 8pm I promised Monday 12 I would get it and at 17.21 yesterday this page said “customer not in/shop shut absolute rubbish . I want my parcel please and trying to get through to customer service I can’t . Very poor service

I never received the package no package came to my house from FedEx tracking numbers change was to two now it's 277 and track it all the way to here and then the tracking number changes and then everything else I don't even receive the package unbelievable

Not good the service many connecting flights before the parcel can arrive

Most packages arrive on time with friendly, (but in a hurry) drivers.

Via Fedex.....parcel delivered. Via me.....Not delivered. Via Fedex.....Parcel delivered to resident....Mr A.Mar. Via me.....Still awaiting Amazon package and who the heck is Mr A Mar..... I am Mr L.P.B. Not amused.This has caused lots of stress snd strain on.my mind and body.I am waiting for a reply.........

Everytime I use FedEx they lose my pack age. I shipped a big box on Sept 3rd arrival date was supposed to be Sept 6 but of course it's on a truck somewhere not being delivered and is Sept 12th.

They have to be the worst ....

Shipped company fuel card OVERNIGHT Thursday morning and still waiting Monday afternoon for the shipment. Only a few hours away, Lakeland to Live Oak FL fyi. Terribly wasted money on poor service

It was supposed to be deliver by Friday 9/9/22, it's now Monday 9/12/22 still not delivered, you should refund my money. I should dendritic it thru Post Office much faster.

They lie....the told me via there tracking system it was in fontana it would to me by6 it's three days after and there system claims they haven't received it

Very friendly and professional staff at FedEx Seychelles. Service was smooth and quick. I’ve used FedEx more than 10 times and there delivered my packages on time and securely.

Es increíble como el calculo de delivery es tan malo. Pasan de no actualizar los datos de transporte a posponer cada día. El peor método de envío y recibo

Delivery driver does not leave packages at correct address. Customer service will look into it, but never calls you back. Should be 0 stars
