Package got shipped out on 8/29 from Virginia, to California. Still haven't received it. 2 weeks. They could have walked it here.

Fedex are appalling! They delivered to a wrong address without leaving a card or taking photographic evidence to show where it had been left. Unreliable and untrustworthy!

Always late! Very outdated tracking system! Unprofessional services provided late updates and an overall negative experience.

I'm truly disappointed in FedEx!!!! I've receiving several different packages from stores. I've never had any problems receiving packages until now. My address is correct and the sender of the merchandise I purchased has been sending packages to this address (198 Citizens Dr Apt 110 Lexington,SC 29072-2175 with no problem until now. I've talked to three different representatives of FedEx and got three different answers. In the middle of delivering some smart person changed my address. I was told the company sending the package told FedEx a new address. THE SENDER ONLY HAS HAS ONE ADDRESS!!!! YOUR REPRESENTATIVE LIED!!!! MY PACKAGES WENT TO COLUMBIA,SC NOT LEXINGTON,SC. WHOEVER D McIntyre is that's who signed for my packages. Your people need to be retrained!!!!

The worst transit company. Please if you are a business do not go with fedex. I can't tell you the countless times my packages have been lost or delayed. Please go with ups. So much easier

My package wasn’t delivered on time and I’ve been waiting on this a for 8 weeks very disappointed!! Pls fix this for your other fellow customers!

My parcel was sent out on 9-6 and received at residence 9-10. Only one delay which is not bad since there are so many parcels to deliver. No complaints here

Inconsistency in tracker. One says package in transit in Pearl, MS another day in transit in Georgia. Package scheduled for delivery today (9/10, time is now 8:28 CT) but no notification provided as to the delay. Poor service...

Piss poor service, I live in a High rise and in order to get my package, I have to sit and wait on FedEx to deliver the package because I don't, the driver refuses to buzz the apartment number and he just leaves, the driver doesn't even attempt to deliver the package. Then I also find out from the driver that they don't even get wrote or reprimanded for the complaint that is put in on him. The complaint is ignored by the whole Company, FedEx has no punishment policy for their employees.

Package took 2 weeks to arrive. 12 days late never had such a bad experience. I paid extra for two day shipping and got this. Thank you fedex your truly the worst company I've had to deal with

Worst delivery system ever Went from Georgia to Pennsylvania and back to Georgia were it was supposed to be delivered. Really. Talk about a waste. Still not delivered.

My package came into my city on 9/9 but wont be delivered until 9/12 regardless of the shipping label, if it got here yesterday, why wouldn't you just deliver it?
