Terrible tracking service. Package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Why would a package going from Texas to Georgia go to Pennsylvania? Still can't get an update. Terrible customer service. Would give 0 star if possible

Worst customer service, always leaving packages outside of my building, call them, they said they are not required to take it to my door’s apartment. WORST carrier service I ever seen.

Useless, i was expecting my package Sept 7th but I didn't receive it until now and they gave wrong information about it. Bad customer service! I'm not gonna recommend it to anyone else

Waiting to learn the status of my package..Although I signed up for email notifications on pkg status, none have been forthcoming..kind of dissatisfied.

Very poor service. My package has been 20 minutes away for 2 days. It says I have to sign for it so I am supposed to stay home every day until it gets here.

Very bad company they Steal and misplace people's packages and when u call to know where your package is they keep Telling to check with the neighbours

This is the most inefficient routing for a parcel I have ever seen!

It says everyday about delivering my parcel but it has been more than a week since they are doing this!

Customer service is horrible. They are rude and don’t have any information. Deliveries aren’t made when they’re supposed to be and they don’t care how late they are. Absolutely horrible
