2 days on one place, my important medicine, this is really bad 1 hour far away

FedEx changed the address on my package. Instead of phoning me. I've received several packages from Belk's before with no problems!!!!

Useless. I put in the tracking number in for Oakville going to Mississauga and it came up in French showing somewhere in Quebec

Zero star,Very bad service ever,,, don’t choose…. I can’t open the business without the package ,,, they don’t care , it’s was delay and delay,,, I waited at my store all day, but the system show the reason it’s was business hours close!! How dare you say that!!!

Lazy delivery guy…. I was waiting at my store whole day long, there’s no one guy come in . But the package state shows me : customer not available or business close! What!!! Very bad experience in FedEx…

FedEx has got to be the worst delivery service out there! Twice now they have delivered to the wrong house and I am the one who has to track it down! Then, when a package FINALLY comes to my address, what do they do? They THROW IT OUT OF THE DAMN TRUCK IN FRONT OF MY CAR!! I am FED UP WITH FEDEX. OH YEAH, THEY LEAVE IT OUT IN THE RAIN AND IT GETS DAMAGED BUT THAT'S MY FAULT. I've had enough. I will no longer order ANYTHING from anyone who ships with this fly by night company! Only UPS or USPS from now on!!!!!

The worst service in the world

Very poor service. No form of communication with customers as regards parcel delivery.

FedEx did a great job the app was updated often so I know where it was love that. The delivery was a day early but the app let me know that it was out to deliver all in all perfect all the way round. I recommend fedex 100%

FedEx is owned by its "system" and no actual human can do a thing about it. My air freight, that should have been in the north of the UK a week ago is trapped in a hell-loop of Dartford/Stansted/Paris, then back to Dartford/Stansted/Paris. Can't get contacts for any directors.

Your mumbai office people have low knowledge of required docs. They continue demanding docs one after another.
