I've been waiting on my peanut butter to arrive from Walmart. Walmart is saying it's in FedEx's hands! I tracked the package, and it shows that FedEx does have my package. Each day I called since August 30th 2022, they keep telling me everyday your package will be delivered today, today, today, today, today. Every day is today! How long and how far does it take for a jar of peanut butter to go before it reaches my door?? This is ridiculous.. after all, it's just a jar of peanut butter!

Tracking app doesn't work, told it would be delivered by 6pm waited all day to be told at 6.18 it wasn't being delivered, no updates map's don't work awful system no contact numbers to find out shamefully when they have the technology to let you know where thr parcel is but don't share it so have to keep waiting all day for something that doesn't turn up

I sent shipment last 07 October but that didn't rech on destinations and FedEx declar in April it has lost. I couldn't get insurance yet...so bad service kachra service rubbish

My package was supposed to come in Friday. It got delayed until Sunday. It is delayed again. This is about as consistent as a weatherman’s forecast. Unacceptable . It should show up when it says it will show up the first time.

Everything I own is in FedEx's hands. After days of sitting in UK and lies from "support", the freight is moving BACKWARDS and in Paris. Absolutely no idea what to do. Nobody to help. Everyone off over a weekend. At my wits end.

Every time I use FedEx the package is damaged,late, or both. If you say you will deliver the package on a certain date meet your date. Very disappointed in a premium service that you pay extra and it is far from premium. Call customer service no answers for package delivery.

I feel I am trapped in a nightmare. Air freight is lost in translation. It finally got to Stanstead, now gone BACK to Paris where it was over a week ago. FedEx offices closed for weekend. I have spoken to three very helpful women in the past few days about this shipment that was stuck in Dartford (maybe; online tracking lies too) for over a week - which has achieved absolutely nothing! Nobody knows what they're doing. Nobody knows where my goods are going. Nobody knows when they'll arrive.

I've used FEDEX services on many occasions and have always been impressed with their "on time" promises. Not only are their foot soldiers hard workers; but their office personnel are beyond reproach. The BEST in the business.
