As shown by FEDEX own photo, parcel was delivered next to - touching! - the trash. It was picked up by the trash before we could get home to put it in thw house. Driver stayed that he left it in thw garage - again, the photo showed it to be on thw other side of the driveway, with the overflowing trash cans (we were moving in, lots and lots of cardboard, packaging, etc.) Neither FEDEX nor the seller will take responsibility... we are out over $200.

Package was delivered 2 days ago to the wrong house. Finally the person brought it down our house.

Bro I've been waiting on my shoes to come in since July 20th, the shoes were scheduled to come yesterday but they didn't there still in Missouri

Their service is very bad. The shipment to come in the same state takes like international shipments. Tracking number seems to be like a fun

Sticking to Ups, lied about delievery being attempted, no show up or knock on door.

Delivery people were very nice and helpful in placing my items where I needed them. The box appeared to have been torn open and retapped and corners were crushed in. Hope no damage when I open them.

Been home all morning on 8/2/24. Watched fedex driver drive right by my house. Still no delivery @11

FedEx is not a trusted shipping company because Eufy just used them to send me a Eufy Camera and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday to my home in Oklahoma but my package with my Eufy Camera in still in California and when I tried to report it to a Supervisor of FedEx the FedEx employee told me that Supervisor's will not take these kind of phone calls. So that shows me that FedEx is ran by a bunch of Democrats as stupid as the President Joe Biden and I bet they voted for Joe Biden as ignorant as FedEx is on not getting packages Delivered on time as they promise. My parcel not riched bed servise

I have sent packages through fedex many times without a problem until now. I sent a package out on 7/25 priority overnight to be delivered on 7/26. It is now 8/1 and it still has not been delivered. It says package is delayed but I have been unable to find out why. I have no idea if it will be delivered or when and I have no why to find out. I'm with Dave I'll use UPS next time .

If I could get negative 100 Stars I would.they delivered my order to the wrong address.so I had to contact Walmart to see where my order was.they told me to look up FedEx website and look at the picture taking by the driver and see if tell if I knew the house it was left at.but no picture was available to see so I told walmart they needed to find the driver and have him get the order to my house.4 and half hours later it's dropped at my door.just don't if FedEx did it or if it was the person that's house where it ended up brought to my house.so sad that this is not the first time this has happened to me! I think the drivers need better training on how to read the address on the packages

Appalling company, 12:20pm original delivery time 1.8.24, then moved to before 6pm 1.8.24, then moved to before the end of the day 1.8.24, now it turns out they haven't got the parcel and I might get it tomorrow, might get it tomorrow. Useless company and useless AI. Get a real person!

I am extremely disappointed in FedEx. First of all my order was delayed 3 times then when I did get it the driver left it in my driveway. Mind you this is a 5 shelve storage rack. I have a front porch and a door bell. The bottom of the box was ripped open and pieces falling out. Shelves were broken on edges and so very unacceptable to leave a customer with a package the looks like this. Never again….. I would rather pay more from Amazon atleast I get my package in one piece.
