Say package delivered but I had no package at my door. I also, tried calling the customer service number but I could not get to an actual representative. Only automated responses. Frustrated is an understandment!

I booked a parcel of medicine from India to Australia which was supposed to deliver on 25/07/24 but even after the expected delivery date given by the company it's showing in the transit... really a poor service

Never received my item

I had no problems other than a UPS truck delivered my package and FedEx was supposedly to deliver the package.....but over all it was a good experience.. Happy customer.

I wish I could travel and see as many cities as my package. I don’t know how this company makes money.

Very very bad experience. It takes too long at Matraville. What's wrong? Every time your shipments are very late. We pay you lots of money for nothing.

My pallet that was shown on the delivery vehicle has not been delivered for two days

Not very pleased with them. They left the package tied to my mail box. They said it was an unsafe drive when they have delivered to my address before lots of times. Not very good deal at all!

I really don’t like how they told you your Package will deliver for today and you wait all the day waiting for them but they change the delivery day and time for like 3 days it so bad I skipped my work waiting for the package

I cannot get ahold of customer service or anything even remotely human.Everything is automated with robot. This just stinks. My package was supposed to be your delivered at 9am.

Lsre Again. Do not give me a time and then not show up. And you can't call fedex , cause everything's automated, I. Can never reach a person so if anybody else has another phone number , please advise. Ty ...

Usually on time but not today

Same thing to me. Mine is medicine which needs to kept cold. I am more than angry. I received text showing.It was supposed to be here between 9am and 11 am today. It is now 2:15pm ET. I had the interactive map pulled up now.Fedex took that away so I can't see where the truck is. Now when I put in the tracking number it tells me 8pm tonight.
