What a disaster! i was waiting for a new iphone, and despite choosing ‘text’ as the method to receive notifications, I never received a single one. Never heard a word from anyone at FedEx, so after 3 tries (btw, not a single thing written on the door tag), it was sent back to Xfinity. Or so I thought: it’s been over a week, and Xfinity called ME today to tell me they never received the phone, so they can’t give me a replacement. I am beyond livid.

Worst experience ever . They promised and charged for soeed courier but till now I didn’t received my pakage .. its about 15 days now .. they wasted my alot of time till now I’m waiting

I sent a package to Bristol Tennessee on the 21st. It was to be picked up the next morning and would be there in two days. Good thing I was tracking it, because once it reached Chicago, it was delayed. Why you ask?? Because someone routed it out to California!! Now, in my mind, once it's in Chicago, it goes south not west, to get to Tennessee! Worst experience ever!

Package delivered to mailbox far from house , I had delivery instructions on label my friend is disabled, the mailman saw the package and delivered it , second time this has happened.

I currently have two packages missing via FedEx carrier. They are unable to successfully complete a delivery that involves a post office box. This is not the first time this has happened, and If I had a choice I would never use their services. It is impossible to speak to a customer service representative to try to identify the source of the problem. I attempted to chat online and was asked to spend five dollars in order to have a representative call me. This is absolutely ludicrous.

I’m not happy @all. My package has not gotten to me here in Canada. Delivery date both 29th & 30th July 2024, all failed. I need it on Thursday this week.

Delivered as promised and on time, right to doorstep. I wasn't at my address I was at my son's in another state. So I was very impressed.

I have had about four packages delivered to the wrong address four different times. Other delivery methods don't seem to have a problem getting my packages here. I am FED UP with FEDEX. When you google my address it comes up on Google maps. Do your driver's know how to read a map? I know the drivers are paid well so I Do Not understand why they can't get the delivery right. Since FedEx knows there is a problem getting my packages here the driver could at least call to make sure I have it. Or at least send the picture where they left it to me. This is my first complaint to FedEx but I have complained plenty to the people I bought from. You guys need to find a solution.
