Parcel from USA reached Ahmedabad in 48 hrs and it has been more than 60 hrs in Ahmadabad and yet NOT delivered. No phone number. No effect of CHAT. double the price of competitor courier.... Stinks.

It tells me that the label was unreadable so they ??? Now my package was shipped to the wrong address! I just bought this scooter cos I needed it very bad and I live on Maui had to search forever for a company that would send one here to Hawaii and one I could afford ! I've spent over a year doing this between no charge on my phone bring homeless with no car or outlet to charge my phone, now I have to contact ups cos they say that the numbers that are on the package don't match my address! This has been more than a pain in my neck literally!

Delivers to wrong address and good thing the wrong person brought it to the right address.

I have experienced countless shipments over the past 6 years that have been late. I’ve called FedEx warehouse and talked to employees and left messages. Why can’t FedEx recognize and resolve these issues?

ITS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE THEY'RE LIARS THEY WASTE THEIR WORKING HOURS ON THE TRUCK LISTENING TO MUSIC WITH THAT COWORKER FLIRTING WITH GIRLS CALLING THEM TO THE TRUCK SUPERVISOR SHOULD BE AWARE OF WHAT THEIR WORKERS ARE DOING WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S PURCHASES NOT BEING DELIVERED AND THEN I WAS MY TIME AND DAYS FROM WORK WHEN I GET HOME NO PURCHASE NO DELIVERY NO PACKAGE BUT THERE'S A NOTE NO ONE WAS HOME WHAT A LIAR WHAT IS GOING ON I'VE BEEN HOME IN FRONT OF MY BUILDING SINCE 9:00 A.M. IN THE MORNING UNTIL 9:30 AT NIGHT 10 MINUTES 20 MINUTES UP AND DOWN UP AND DOWN AT LEAST MY DAUGHTER WHILE I TAKE A BREAK NO ONE CAME WHAT HAPPENED THEY JUST PUT LITTLE SLITS ON PEOPLE'S DOOR NO ONE HOME HOW DID THEY DO THESE KIND OF TRICKS WHY DON'T YOU JUST DELIVER THE PACKAGE YOU GOT BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING TO GET OR IF YOU HAVEN'T GOT IT ALREADY SOME BIG LOSS I SEE YOUR COMMENT THIS IS EVERYWHERE AND EVERY UPS WORKER EVEN FEDEX BUT FEDEX ISNT THAT BAD JET ? ? CAUSE A LOT OF TIME THAT MAKES YOU WRITE YOUR SIGNATURE BUT THEN AGAIN THEY DON'T CARE I CAN PUT MY NEIGHBOR'S NAME AND TAKE THE PACKAGE AND IT AIN'T MINE SO YOU'RE SUPERVISOR YOU ARE BETTER YET ON TRACK WITH YOUR COWORKERS NO YOU DON'T CARE YOURSELF

I am fully satisfied with the service of FedEx. Delivered the parcel before time. Keep it up

India to Jamaica service very nice

Very Very Bad Services with much much irresponsibilities and nobody looks particular nor any seniors look into the queries as the consignee had booked the parcel on his account but the local guy's gave picked up the parcel and Harrased a lot and finally after 10 days the parcel is returned back to the consignor with silly useless reasons, the consignee is much angry, annoyed, disappointed with the Misbehaviours of the Fedex Indian staff

Fedex leaves my packages on the sign in table unattended and don't ring apartment bell to notify us that our package are on the table where folks steal from

I waited for over one week to get my return picked up. Every day they said someone would come pick it up today and after over a week and a lot of calls to FedEx they finally picked it up. It's the worse service ever. Having to wait at home daily was horrible.

You all say I got a package but one was never delivered. I have tracked the package since July the 8 it was in Nashville is all I go.

If it's something I'm supposed to be home for might be a good idea to let customer know or call someone was actually home

They stink delivery to wrong address get outher people things they leave package in yard when they only need to walk a few feet to put in a safe place they should be required to take pictures of delivery
