Said package was deliver to a H Davis

Why do they have a way to "track" your packages, but yet In order for this to be accurate and make any kind of sense to the average person, the package would have to be scanned properly from place to place. I've had tracking say my package was in my state very close to me only to then be shipped to another state and then back not once but twice! It is utterly ridiculous. And that all comes down to employees who could care less. Fedex needs to start hiring people who actually take some pride in their work. Nobody cares anymore haha

My package shows as having been delivered yesterday. My husband has been working in the front garden since Monday, we also have a front porch camera. I reached out to FedEx and they insist the package was delivered even though they do not have any proof (picture of package in the front porch). I am out $318.56.

My package was lost and I had to order a replacement this fed ex does this every single time so they get a o for a review period this company doesn't care

When will we be informed if our package was in a truck that caught fire? (Last nite, Phx)

Horrible customer service....stayed home to receive package....no knock, no doorbell ring, no nothing. Bottom line the driver didn't want to get the big, heavy item out of his truck. Much easier to slap a piece of paper that says "We missed you." Fed Ex do better.....

I have no complaints about FedEx per se, BUT why do have tracking numbers be so damned long ???

Worst service I really had. I wrote the correct address on the envelope then also they said it’s wrong I said okay then correct it. They did that but after 11 days. It was supposed to be deliver on 3rd July but not yet delivered. From 15th July it’s showing out of delivery but not yet delivered. It’s now 18th July. Worst experience if they don’t won’t to work they close the company. Even there charges for an envelope delivery is 3times of the Canada post. But service 0. The Canada post delivered my envelope in 4 days only. I don’t know what they are doing. CAUTION - WORST SERVICE OF FEDEX DO NOT TRY WITH THEM.

Was sent a notification that the delivery would be today. Delivery was to a business that is not normally open during the day so a few ppl took the time off to be there for the delivery. Suddenly they change it to the next day. We shall see if it arrives by the new time

Paid for 2 day shipping should have be there in Tuesday July 16th and it's not been delivered as of the end of the day on the 17th.

My pkg was picked up 7/12 from shipper. I was sent an update from Fedex that my pkg would be to me by 5pm on 7/12. No pkg. I was told again on 7/13, 7/14, 7/15, 716 and again pkg would be to me by 8pm. Finally was able to get in tough with a tracker rep; who check on my pkg. & I was told did not get on truck until 7/17 at 7:09 & pkg would be delivered today. I open a case fir their investigation to track my pkg. The tracker rep was very helpful. Now if drive would just get my pkg delivered. I normally use Fedex all the time , certainly will have 2nd thoughts who I use for my shipping. Extremely had getting in a real person to assist me instead of a computer generate message. Fedex I an very disappoint in your services. Still looking for my pkg. Today!
