Very bad service!

This it’s fake I not received nothing they send you I mail with your address and they send for different state and when I talk to fedex they wash his hand told him this package was delivery and check the tracking with different person name please not buy this it’s fake

I've been waiting for my package and they said at 6: 18 am they're taking so long they need to bring somebody's package

I have better service with USPS than with FedEx

Terrible! Still waiting on medication from Centerwell pharmacy. This is ridiculous. Package sitting on Memphis for 3 days NOW!!!!

Once again, package was promised on Thursday, it's Tuesday the following week, package details show it went to 3 warehouses in PA, over 5 days, then, it made it to VA, where it sat 2.5 days, now it's in Concord NC, where it's been for 1.5 days, and says "unknown delivery date." Last time this happened, it had been crushed, they delivered it 2 weeks later, w NO EXPLANATION, by literally throwing it at my door, taking a Pic, and trotting off. I filed a complaint, driver says I lied, but my RING camera got his backside fired. They need to stop being stupid and just do the job they were hired for, delivery

Ordered a phone case 3 weeks still yet to receive it

Been waiting for a phone case for 3 weeks yet to receive it

My pkg is 4 days past its delivery date. The tracking shows that it's less than an hour away for the past three days...I'm thinking it's lost. Not much help when I call to request assistance. Terrible service

Horrible service! Left pkg in Hot sun. I was home all day and cannot even ring doorbell to let me know pkg was left! Ice packs totally melted and contents ruined! Thank you for crappy service Fed ex! Do better!!!!

I'm done. Never use FedEx. Total incompetence. They have no idea what they are doing and they tell you one lie after another. 0 stars

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. A package was delivered 2 weeks ago to my address in ERROR! I called the same day and notified you guys of the mistake. And nothing but crickets. I called again a little while ago, and whatever kind of phone the customer representative was on keep going in and out and she was barely opening her mouth so hearing and understanding her was a struggle. Now a driver is supposed to be coming and get this package that I'm sure someone is waiting for. We'll see. But your service is piss poor!

Awful service! Everyday you give me an arrival time. I wait around for the shipment and it never arrives. Day after day after day. I've spent hours on the phone and on the internet. The worst service I have ever seen!
