I’m still waiting for my package to come they delayed my package 2 times I was waiting for them for hours

I cannot get ahold of customer service or anything even remotely human.Everything is automated with robot. This just stinks. My package was supposed to be your delivered at 9am.

Lsre Again. Do not give me a time and then not show up. And you can't call fedex , cause everything's automated, I. Can never reach a person so if anybody else has another phone number , please advise. Ty ...

Usually on time but not today

Same thing to me. Mine is medicine which needs to kept cold. I am more than angry. I received text showing.It was supposed to be here between 9am and 11 am today. It is now 2:15pm ET. I had the interactive map pulled up now.Fedex took that away so I can't see where the truck is. Now when I put in the tracking number it tells me 8pm tonight.

Box was badly damaged. It contained a food gift for my Mothers Birthday and was 10 days late and several of the glass jars were broken, the shards damaged some of the other items. Looks like the box was on its side and upside down for a majority of its delivery. We have had deliveries from the food company before with no casualties. I have advised my brother of the issue as he ordered the gift. I did take photos should Fed Ex need to see them. Not happy at all. Our 89 year old Mum was so looking forward to the gift as she loves these packages.

Perfect....delivery on time, reasonable cost, and friendly service.

Day 10 and still waiting on delivery of overnight package I sent

saw the delivery guy throw my shoes from the back of his truck to my front lawn and it was no were near my front door and at risk of being stolen

It wasn't delivered. I had to track it down. I did find my overnight envelope at the fedex hub on 44rd ave after 8 days. Remind me not to risk that again.

I sent a courier a month back to Australia with some important documents which is still in post office and I received no response regarding it

My box delivered to the wrong address how can I get it?
