Terrible, system never gets updated..Pesonell lacking in doing a good job. I live in California..If it is within the state the tracking is better, not great, but better. From one state to another, forget it. I have had more than once my package to get one city away from me only to start going backwards. Goes halfway back then turns around and starts back to me with a new delivery date of another week...Stoneberry and Masseys is who i order from..Not any more..will advise them they need to change carriers or lose customers..They charge enough in shipping fees that better delivery service should be provided..my recent order left the warehouse 07/11 was received by fed ex 07/12 and is still showing @ fed ex in KS 7/20 with deliver date 7/19...

Really fast shipment and good service from the delivery driver

No tracking information on a huge shipment. I had to cancel my vacation because of the delay in delivery. I couldn’t risk having the packages sit on my porch.

Why do they have a way to "track" your packages, but yet In order for this to be accurate and make any kind of sense to the average person, the package would have to be scanned properly from place to place. I've had tracking say my package was in my state very close to me only to then be shipped to another state and then back not once but twice! It is utterly ridiculous. And that all comes down to employees who could care less. Fedex needs to start hiring people who actually take some pride in their work. Nobody cares anymore haha

My package shows as having been delivered yesterday. My husband has been working in the front garden since Monday, we also have a front porch camera. I reached out to FedEx and they insist the package was delivered even though they do not have any proof (picture of package in the front porch). I am out $318.56.

Horrible customer service....stayed home to receive package....no knock, no doorbell ring, no nothing. Bottom line the driver didn't want to get the big, heavy item out of his truck. Much easier to slap a piece of paper that says "We missed you." Fed Ex do better.....
