My pkg is 4 days past its delivery date. The tracking shows that it's less than an hour away for the past three days...I'm thinking it's lost. Not much help when I call to request assistance. Terrible service

Horrible service! Left pkg in Hot sun. I was home all day and cannot even ring doorbell to let me know pkg was left! Ice packs totally melted and contents ruined! Thank you for crappy service Fed ex! Do better!!!!

I'm done. Never use FedEx. Total incompetence. They have no idea what they are doing and they tell you one lie after another. 0 stars

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. A package was delivered 2 weeks ago to my address in ERROR! I called the same day and notified you guys of the mistake. And nothing but crickets. I called again a little while ago, and whatever kind of phone the customer representative was on keep going in and out and she was barely opening her mouth so hearing and understanding her was a struggle. Now a driver is supposed to be coming and get this package that I'm sure someone is waiting for. We'll see. But your service is piss poor!

Awful service! Everyday you give me an arrival time. I wait around for the shipment and it never arrives. Day after day after day. I've spent hours on the phone and on the internet. The worst service I have ever seen!

Lost my AC unit TWICE!! In 114° heatwave weather. They then started a new order and have delayed it another 5 days! I have never been so disgusted with FedEx and all my life. People have died from this heat wave in California. And it's a simple process. They claim to have lost the label the first time well why didn't they contact the distributor? No they had to make lies and say that they did orders and they accelerated things. Now I've had to repurchase after getting a refund and arguing 5 days to get it. And they again are doing the same thing with promising it would be here Friday the 12th of 2024. Then they said Saturday 7:13/2024 and now they're delaying it and saying it'll be monday! With no good reason. THIS IS A MEDICAL ACCOMMODATION FOR MY DISABILITY. THEY SAY THEY'VE ESCALATED IT AT LEAST SEVEN TIMES AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. ANYONE KNOWS A GOOD ATTORNEY SEND THEM MY WAY!

We had packages delivered today, we have a note to deliver all packages to the back of house. They delivered them in the front of the house. We are unable to bring them up since we are senior citizens 82 yrs old.

All these ads popping up are the most frustrating thing when I am trying to do something important tracking a package I do not want advertising thrown in my face.

When I received my notice of delivery it had wrong address on it. They had it shipping to our winter vacation home in Arizona at 14300 N. Alamo Canyon Dr. in Oro Valley , AZ 85755 It must be shipped to 200 N. Cambridge Dr. Geneva, Il 60134 Please STOP this delivery to AZ as no one is in the home and I was ordered to be sent to the Geneva Address. Judith K. Peterson

Federal Express just dropped off the envelope and never rang the door bell to let me know that it arrived.
