  • I told them to leave it at the garage which they had access to. I live in a bad section of town, why if you did leave it, why would you leave a package with $280. On the front porch. I was out front within two minutes of being messaged it was delivered. The porch has a camera so when I get access to it, I bet it wasn't left there at all.

  • This is so bad. It was supposed to arrive max 16 o'clock yesterday and now it's 14 o'clock the next day and still not there. The package was at 20min from my city in the morning at 8h30. I was thinking, it will arrive around 10-11h but nope almost 24h late now. No update to see where it is. 2 stars review here for this company is very accurate, god it's bad.

  • FedEx is the most horrible company to have your package delivered by. My medicine sat on the porch for hours. I didn't know it was out there. The driver threw it on the porch didn't knock nor rang the door bell. It was my insulin with a big red tag saying refrigerate upon arrival. They have the wrong employees delivering packages. They even delivered some packages to the wrong address. Then paid me what they wanted to pay for it. I myself would never trust them with another package.

  • I really wish there was a way to follow the truck on a map, only reason being is that when I have a package coming that has to be signed for it makes it very hard to make sure I'm able to hear the door at all times of the day and not to mention times I have to run somewhere or take a shower or even go to bathroom. It would just be nice if there was a real time way to check on where they are atm

  • Express overnight means 5 to 7 business days. If your package goes through Memphis add 10 days. Them folks there are lazy lazy lazy mfr’s

  • Your delivery driver left my package (envelope) on the ground. It was a registered pkg containing a new debit card that just needed activation! He didn't ring the bell for a signature- just dropped it on the ground and walked away. I saw it B cause I heard something & looked out of my window & saw him as he was walking away. I was supposed to sign for it!! A debit card because my old one had been used by some thief! Thieves follow delivery trucks to steal pkgs. My debit card could've been stolen, activated & my acct drained! TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS TO DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT!

  • Package has been setting since June 5th saying barcode label was damaged will relable and send it's now June 25th cannot speak to anyone without paying $5 which is ridiculous.

  • They have lost my stuff twice left it at a completely different address. Then they delivered perishables and placed it on my dumpster. Not at the front door of my house to top it off. It was trash day so the trash company dumped my dumpster along with my food. I think it's time for a new CEO of FedEx, someone who cares about customer service.
