Package to be delivered outside of Philadelphia on Friday. Started in Phoenix, then to West Virginia, 3 hours from my residence on Thursday. After that it went to Portland, Oregon whete it sat for a day and a half, then it started cross country, last check it was in Indiana. Reached out and got no response to what happened or when I will get my package. There is no customer relations in Fedex

Very pleased with delivery. Was scheduled to be delivered on July 21 and received package on July 7. When tracked package received accurate and updated information.

It's been saying "out for delivery" for 2 days now. I could have driven cross the country in 48 hours. Much less just 20 mins from me. I hope driver packed a lunch and a cooler w allot of cold drinks, if they're still out making deliveries for over 48 now.

I already chatted about my package not being delivered, and then they want me to join something for $45 a mo. to get a supposed answer. FedEx is horrible, doesn’t deserve even a #1; it is definitely a big number TWO! My 3 dogs bark even when the FedEx truck drives by my house, and I always go to the door to check.

I received a Air Conditioner from Fed Ex, which had been dented and obviously mishndled. I live in Blue Ridge, Texas. The driver put it inside my garage and never knocked or rang the doorbell. He then took a picture of the side of the box revealing no damage and left my property. I initially would have refused delivery.If I had known spokennoise the air condition was delivered in such poor shape. UPS is the much better option for parcel delivery.

This package was suppose to be here Thursday Friday I get a message saying itvwas delay in the Toronto area due to weather there was no bad weather it then proceeds to go to brantford where it was needed to Cambridge to brantford to Cambridge then said Monday it was on its way from Cambridge to brantford for delivery it was in the correct area 3 times and shipped away again horrible delivery would not recommend

Never received my package what a joke

I have been home since morning waiting for my parkage on till this time. What is going on FedEx

This company are awful, still continuing to email me advising my package has been delivered but will not tell me where ? Still not been delivered to my home address and you have no way of contacting them

Package was delivered on Friday morning. Finally received tracking information today (Sunday nite) letting me know it was delivered. Glad I have a doorbell camera so it wasn’t sitting on my front steps for 2 full days and nights and could get someone to pick it up. Also requested sidedoor delivery in address info.(nope)

Put in tracking number not my package and double checked number it's right I don't know how FedEx stays in business

They did not knock, package was stolen

Never received and have no clue what was supposed to be delivered.

Federal Express delivery is a disaster, we have two packages in a row that the drivers claim our address doesn’t exist, however UPS and Amazon have no problem finding us! Federal Express needs a MAJOR overhaul to hold drivers accountable! Our address is posted at the top of our drive, they are just lazy!
