I am underwhelmed! In six full days you managed to get my shipment 61.5 miles on it's way to Phoenix Arizona from Orillia On! At that rate it should get there by sometime in 2015. I thought the "Ex" in your name stood for Express, not excuses? Please try harder.

It takes so long to get a package. I got one coming from California. It left on July 1st and I tracked it today the 5Th and still shows in transit in California. There has not been any scans since it left. I much rather have UPS handle my packages.

I paid for noon delivery and now at 3:23i do not have my package!! Not impressed at all. Then I can’t even get a Customer Support member to do your job to fill out a refund paper! I have to do it online! What a crock!

I have never ever seen such a disastrous system. You could have left the parcel with neighbours, but no. You give me three different tracking numbers, none of them them has 9 digits, that does not correspond. I cannot make another appointment which makes me very angry. I have sent an email. I would very much like a workable answer. If I could give zero stars, I would. For now: one star, if you contact me soon.

Tracking is worse delivery is worse ever .still waiting for package 3 days now ..no sets times 8 to 8 all you get ..I wasted 3 days waiting for important package promised ..talk with you 6 times I know ..rude customer service ..they know nothing where package is ..recording says same delayed until Friday...absolutely no reason for package to take 3 days ..never tried to deliver .. the worse ..I would fire a few on phone ..and business is going slow sloppy ..I need packages sent out but will not do business with fedx ...rude and cost me a lot of time loss of money lot of money by stupid delays..can't trust you anymore to do you jobs on time ..waited 3 days now 2 more ..Friday maybe .8 to 8 ..what a joke ..CEO SHOULD TAKE CONTROL ..GOT TO BIG I GUESS ....UPS HASNT GOT SLOPPY YET ..HUGH COMPANY THIS COMING FROME IS NOT HAPPY EITHER ..I WILL LET THEM KNOW AGAIN ITS STILL NOT HERE AND NOE FRIDAY ...LOSE BUSINESS LIKE THIS LOST MINE FOR SURE ..YES IM VERY ANGRY .I HAD ANOTHER 2 COMPANYS COUNTING ON THIS PROMISED THAT FEDX WOULD HAVE IT HERE 3DAYS AGO BUT HERE WE ARE WILL BE 5 AT BEST FOR YOU PEOPLE ..SAD

Poor tracking. They extend there shipping with other shippers but should send the other companies tracking number. I could have drove there and got it myself faster

We had booked a shipment from China to India,Bangalore and the package has reached Delhi for customs clearance and after 14 days the tracking detail is still showing it’s a Delhi and none of the customer care team or managers have given us a valid reason for the delay or not a single call from FedEx team regarding this. Pathetic service and pls do not use FedEx for any imports. My issues is not been sorted yet. I will have to move legally for the claims as I have no other options because no one from the FedEx team is taking responsibility and give me updates on the missing package.
