FEDEX is the worst company ever. Their driver always leaves my packages at my mailbox instead of on my porch. I have limited mobility and usually have wait for a neighbor to finish drivers job to get my packages.

Fedex is the worst carrier out there. I don’t remember the last time one of my deliveries arrived on time! Worst part Fedex’s attitude is too bad for you, we’ll deliver when we feel like it! No matter how much you complain they never fix the problem!

Received my envelope late Monday afternoon 7-1-24

Never received package went to wrong adress.

Poor service my package sent in your whearehouse for 3weeks before delivery. And no one could explain why!!

Needed my dogs international travel papers , the vet didn’t distinguish between overnight vs fedex ground ; missed my flight , cost me hundreds of dollars and never made it

You people never answer the phone, you don't pick people package on time, and you can't give me a damn delivery date and it's been a whole week now!!!!#GetMeMyPackage

Bad service .0 star . they promised to deliver on 28th June and till now I’m waiting for my parcel. Now they are asking sorry we are expecting delay .They ruined everything for my plan,it’s my sons birthday and whole of the stuff is the parcel

No updates via email. Additional charges for international shipping. DHL is the best way to get your delivery. I will never use service from fedex..

This has got to be the worst delivery company ever.I was supposed to receive a package (envelope) had not gotten 6 days later tracked it it was sitting in facility.Then I was told I had to go get an hour away finally was promised it to be delivered next day and they would call me and let me know it was delivered someone called saying the driver was at my house but he sees a dog so I told them just put in mail box the man told me he would let driver know it was ok to leave in mailbox and would let me know for certain he never called so I call him 6 minutes later get another representative he tells me package is at facility wasn't even scheduled to go out speak with a lady higher than him she tells me she has set it up for delivery today still no package tracking says in facility I'm going to loose my mind idk what else to do

Fedx driver left My package down the way from house...at a nice person's house...NOT AT MY ADDRESS AND MY HOME IS MARKED WITH NICE BIG NUMBERS....just can't understand why people can't read....pitiful service..not only on this package but others too.....no where to call to get help....

Iv order via amazon and the delivering was do by fed ex completely idiot services a matress 300$box value and there let him Like this on the street wen was suposed to be let in the courtyard
