Your delivery driver left my package (envelope) on the ground. It was a registered pkg containing a new debit card that just needed activation! He didn't ring the bell for a signature- just dropped it on the ground and walked away. I saw it B cause I heard something & looked out of my window & saw him as he was walking away. I was supposed to sign for it!! A debit card because my old one had been used by some thief! Thieves follow delivery trucks to steal pkgs. My debit card could've been stolen, activated & my acct drained! TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS TO DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT!

Package has been setting since June 5th saying barcode label was damaged will relable and send it's now June 25th cannot speak to anyone without paying $5 which is ridiculous.

My package for Canada has been in Keasbay for 12 days. I need it urgently and the service is terribly slow.

They have lost my stuff twice left it at a completely different address. Then they delivered perishables and placed it on my dumpster. Not at the front door of my house to top it off. It was trash day so the trash company dumped my dumpster along with my food. I think it's time for a new CEO of FedEx, someone who cares about customer service.

Amazon shipped package 3 days ago. FedEx doesn’t even acknowledge that it has it or where it is. Great work FedEx. Slower that the post office!

FedEx is absolutely the worst. They have left packages in the ditch and now the lazy people just took it to the po after hours. Was supposed to be delivered over night 3 days ago

Very displeased with FedEx ordered a part last week and it's taking them four or five days to get me my package don't they ship anything by air anymore won't you FedEx anymore I won't even put a star in there that's how displeased I am I paid $16 for the parts and it cost me $13 to ship it

My ceramic Madonna was sent from Cincinnati broken so badly. It was heartbreaking as it was a family heirloom!

Ordered on 6-10-24, and still no delivery on 6-22-24. The package is 80 miles away, but stuck in Braselton, GA. They are calling it 'Delivery Exception' whatever that is.

I was told my equipment was delivered yesterday, then I was told my equipment would be here today. I did not receive anything at my door. What happened?

by the sounds of all of your posted reviews i'm amazed that e bay actually uses your service. my package is 10 days still waiting n your office tells me it hasn't been registered into system as of today. really this is 2024 yet amazon delivers next day. even canada post or us postal service is faster. sorry but record speaks for itself. time to sell one of those big planes and spend money on SERVICE

FedEx is the worst. Said my package would be here today between 11am-1pm and here I am waiting in my car because no one is going to be here where my order is scheduled to be delivered at since Fedex lazy drivers didn’t bother to get off the past two time, knock on the door. Instead they just stood outside the gate and left a note that they couldn’t get ahold of anyone. SMH horrible service! FYI it’s now 1:19pm.
