Worst fedex We handddover package on Wednesday morning 9.30 am ,but still it is in Mumbai where as another package handedover on d same day and same time In DHL COURIER it is reached USA. SO,THAT the FedEx is Worst

Fedex is the absolute worst parcel delivery service on the market! This unpleasant experience has gave me anxiety beyond belief! I am very disgusted with the lack of customer service! It is appalling! I will be filing a lawsuit very soon

The most wrost courier in the world is fedex . My shipment is from Ireland to hyderabad on 17/06/24 it has to deliver but by default my shipment missed and I keep on calling customer care service asking about my shipment status. On 21of June 2024 I got a mail that my shipment is delivered by 24 of June 2024 again I called customer care . I told them about email I got they answered me that is autogenerated email. Again I called customer service one guy told me that my shipment is in hyderabad. This is what fedex is they simpley answering like that.

I have a covered front porch with bushes in front of the porch. There’s about 15 feet of porch that isn’t visible to everyone driving by. UPS uses that space to tuck packages away from prying stealing eyes. Does Fed Ex? Heck no, they drop it in plain view right in front of the door, so anyone driving by can see it and try to steal it. Ridiculously unprofessional.

The worst. Absolutely the worst. First they told me they couldn’t find my house. Next day said I wasn’t home. I’m retired Next day didn’t feel like delivering Modesto branch is below a 1 star rating. Hate using these guys. Hate it even more when someone else uses it to ship me stuff.

This is for all you babys fedex and usps and usp are backed up if yall wanted your gifts sooner maybe yall could go buy it yourself and send it im sure that will take forever too. It doesn't matter what companys yall use there all behind. Give them a break.

Order was supposed to rec. on the 15th of June did not show up call and said it was sent back because there was no one at home. Well that was a lie However it is supposilngly to o be delivered June 21st between 9:10 am and 1:10pm today. Let's see. This is ridiculous. It is very hard to get your items when you have already paid for them. I need my product.

I can’t believe they told me the address was incorrect on my package and to call my shipper and when I checked with my shipper it was correct. They also lied about the time they said they attempted to deliver my package and now I have to wait another day just to see if the package shows up. The said they attempted to deliver it but told me on the phone they couldn’t deliver it because the address was incorrect. Such BS.

It says out for delivery on Saturday june 15 and no delivery till today and no response from FedEx local office.

Just not happy at all with their service

worst delivery experience, my courier from India never reached here , already been 4 weeks , the care associates cant track which of there location has my package, they have no ETA. Idk how thier system works they made me pay the fee to be delivered but they dont even know which of there locations have it.

I was told that I would have to sign for delivery financial card enclosed driver just threw it by my door. Didn't even ring bell.
