Got to be the worst mail delivery ever. Packages are left on the side of the road dropped off at the wrong house or not delivered at all. The updates are terrible never changes. Get it together or do something else.

Yeah we been waiting over a week. Their excuse it's in transit. They keep on giving excuses.

Absolutely useless. One has to download multiple apps that do not work to see where package is at. If I could give ‘0’ stars I would.

I've been waiting for my package since 6/7/24 and it's 6/18/24 and I still haven't received it. Just says on its way from post office. This is ridiculous

FEDEX is awful. Shipments always sit for at least a week before moving. My latest one left Memphis on June 10, 2024. It is now the 18th with no updates. I will not use suppliers that use FedEx from now on. I wish I didn't have to give them one star. Remember when they were a decent company?

My package says it's in transit in Pooler GA, since JUNE 4. I want my package. Tracking hasn't changed since June 4. It's a pool. It's hot. I'm getting hotter...

Parcel was two days late because it remained at local FedEx warehouse although they didn’t ring at home or not gave text that we r delivering at this time. Delivery man should gave a ring at home. All couriers n Amazon men do this. Instructions should be notified to all FedEx deliveries

The original day it was supposed to get here was 4 days ago and it keep changing times it’s supposed to be here. Very confusing.

It says my package was delivered but I can't find it at any pickup location in my city. Doesn't give an address of where it was dropped off. First and last time using FedEx.

FedEx was supposed to deliver my prescriptions on Friday 6/14 . Wednesday the 18th? Still no package . What has been happening at FedEx ? A lowering of the standards !!!

Fed Ex is giving me confusing information. Their email says that my package is on the way...but over the phone they say that the package is still with the shipper. In this modern high tech age...this kind of service is unacceptable

The most ridiculous shipment logistics I have ever come across. My estimated delivery was 6.06.2024 - 12.06.2024 after paying for express delivery. It's now 18.06.2024 and still I have not received my packages. The tracking said the package is still in transit and the last update on the tracking system was on the 11.06.2024. I tried calling but to no avail. Obviously, if I have my way I will never use this shipment logistics again. Very poor service!!!!!!!
