Was a bit concerned reading all the negative reviews but found my experience to be excellent fast service from Hong Kong to England and friendly delivery agent too

I have never seen such horrible service! I was sending a package containing seafood for my sick brother. I paid close to $400. To have it delivered yesterday by 5:30pm. It got to Puerto Rico by 9:48 am and sat there until they called my brother to pick it out 20 minutes ago. Everything SPOILED!!! Won’t be using your services again.

FedEx said they attempted to deliver a package that I needed to sign for. I wasn't home so they left a sticker. The next day they said they delivered the package. They did not. I asked for proof of delivery. They submitted a forged signature. I have motion sensitive video monitoring of my place. There was no delivery attempt that day. I asked for their vehicle GPS tracking data to verify they made the attempt to deliver. FedEx has refused that request. All their tracking data stops at the Lancaster, PA distribution center. I believe someone at FedEx stole that package as it was a valuable item worth thousands of dollars. This is now in the hands of the police and my hope is to get justice.

I sent a package overnight to Lynchburg Va. For some unknown reason it was delayed and it still showing delayed. I don’t know what go on but I will never ship anything again through FedEx. I have called customer service and explained all this and they sent a message to the the FedEx in Lynchburg but up course it hasn’t move as of 7:30 this morning. So I will never sent through FedEx and never recommend to anyone.

FedEx was supposed to over night temperature sensitive meds and did not so they were ruined now I have a replacement supposed to be overnighted picked up on 06/26/2024 not delivered on 06/27/2024 supposed to be delivered In Texas by 5:00 pm 06/28/2024 as of 7:00pm 06/27/2024 package in Tempe Arizona

I told them to leave it at the garage which they had access to. I live in a bad section of town, why if you did leave it, why would you leave a package with $280. On the front porch. I was out front within two minutes of being messaged it was delivered. The porch has a camera so when I get access to it, I bet it wasn't left there at all.

Have been waiting for my pkg that's been sitting in Hewitt since June 10th!! Why hasn't it been delivered?? Ridiculous. Very disappointed

This is so bad. It was supposed to arrive max 16 o'clock yesterday and now it's 14 o'clock the next day and still not there. The package was at 20min from my city in the morning at 8h30. I was thinking, it will arrive around 10-11h but nope almost 24h late now. No update to see where it is. 2 stars review here for this company is very accurate, god it's bad.

FedEx is the most horrible company to have your package delivered by. My medicine sat on the porch for hours. I didn't know it was out there. The driver threw it on the porch didn't knock nor rang the door bell. It was my insulin with a big red tag saying refrigerate upon arrival. They have the wrong employees delivering packages. They even delivered some packages to the wrong address. Then paid me what they wanted to pay for it. I myself would never trust them with another package.

I really wish there was a way to follow the truck on a map, only reason being is that when I have a package coming that has to be signed for it makes it very hard to make sure I'm able to hear the door at all times of the day and not to mention times I have to run somewhere or take a shower or even go to bathroom. It would just be nice if there was a real time way to check on where they are atm

Express overnight means 5 to 7 business days. If your package goes through Memphis add 10 days. Them folks there are lazy lazy lazy mfr’s
