  • This package was suppose to be here Thursday Friday I get a message saying itvwas delay in the Toronto area due to weather there was no bad weather it then proceeds to go to brantford where it was needed to Cambridge to brantford to Cambridge then said Monday it was on its way from Cambridge to brantford for delivery it was in the correct area 3 times and shipped away again horrible delivery would not recommend

  • Package was delivered on Friday morning. Finally received tracking information today (Sunday nite) letting me know it was delivered. Glad I have a doorbell camera so it wasn’t sitting on my front steps for 2 full days and nights and could get someone to pick it up. Also requested sidedoor delivery in address info.(nope)

  • Federal Express delivery is a disaster, we have two packages in a row that the drivers claim our address doesn’t exist, however UPS and Amazon have no problem finding us! Federal Express needs a MAJOR overhaul to hold drivers accountable! Our address is posted at the top of our drive, they are just lazy!

  • I am underwhelmed! In six full days you managed to get my shipment 61.5 miles on it's way to Phoenix Arizona from Orillia On! At that rate it should get there by sometime in 2015. I thought the "Ex" in your name stood for Express, not excuses? Please try harder.

  • It takes so long to get a package. I got one coming from California. It left on July 1st and I tracked it today the 5Th and still shows in transit in California. There has not been any scans since it left. I much rather have UPS handle my packages.

  • I paid for noon delivery and now at 3:23i do not have my package!! Not impressed at all. Then I can’t even get a Customer Support member to do your job to fill out a refund paper! I have to do it online! What a crock!

  • I have never ever seen such a disastrous system. You could have left the parcel with neighbours, but no. You give me three different tracking numbers, none of them them has 9 digits, that does not correspond. I cannot make another appointment which makes me very angry. I have sent an email. I would very much like a workable answer. If I could give zero stars, I would. For now: one star, if you contact me soon.
