Late delivery.always! I’ve been taking time off from work, I’ve been sitting until the allotted time for the second day now, and they deliver at a completely different time! Why then indicate the delivery time? After all, I want to receive the parcel in person, since there have been multiple thefts of parcels

They are the worst , am waiting days for 1 packages from right in the city DO BETTER

Driver will not show up for your parcel but will write"No one home when we came,Liars too bad.The date they will tell you for your delivery, they will not show and they will let you stay home for days which is very annoying They should put stop to that.

Fed Ex was so prompt on picking up my package and delivering overnight I couldn't of asked for anything better

You can't get ahold of a live assistant...unless you pay a %40 some dollar assistant company... I needed a copy of the delivery ...that I didn't get... this is ridiculous !!!!...

Please note that all those customers Reps needs more training

Terrible. FedEx is the only shipping co that cannot get packaged to me.. every single time!!

I placed an order, & it says my package was delivered. I called Fed Ex Customer Service, & was told that they don’t know where’s my package?

So it said the package would be delivered between 9 am and 1:50 pm. Haha didn't happen. Also have specific orders for where to deliver packages to our back door. That never happens, They always deliver them to the front door. Not Impressed with FEDEX. UPS delivers like you ask.

So basically it says my package will come in two days…..I’m in California and it’s been in Tennessee for a while now….

Driver stopped at the bottom of the driveway and did not deliver my package. Did not want to Walk up or drive up the driveway.
