This is the worst experience I have ever had with FedEx over the years. A package that was to be delivered in two days, has been up down Calif to Az and back again. It is now a week over due. Customer service says they will investigate and call but they don't. A rep yesterday told me well you know it is the Christmas season OMG ? it's August!!

Is not the firts time, is not the 2nd time, In several online purchases that I have made with free shipping, my order always gets lost or does not arrive. I honestly don't know why the big companies only hire dishonest drivers. Many of those drivers don't know why they always end up losing packets on purpose. They lost my engagement ring that I bought online a few years ago and now my carpet cleaning machine.

It is a big shame on FedEx located at Missouri Tx for a missing package that actually got safely to their location...a few miles to the package final destination. Shame on you!!!

We booked express delivery from India on 18.8.2022 and till date i.e.31.8.2022. parcel not delivered. I wonder are you really want to deliver parcel or hold the parcel at your end.

I wonder if FedEx really care for their customers. My shipment showing in transit but stand still aT same location for 5 days. They don't have inter country coordination. Worst experience.
