If the package is delivered today as expected , I can't not give FEDEX BUT THE HIGHTES OF RATINGS , IS JUST IMPRESSIVE THE EFFICIENCY the map tracking tells me that is in the fedex truck for delivery hip hip hooray

FedEx is not professional in delivery business,my package was arrived August 24th till now 30th of August not received yet still at Crofton I'm MD...very appalling will never use them again...poor in rating

No response to phone, bad attitude to your phone call when line is reached?

I do not recomend using fedex.It took like 3 months to finally get the package deliverd, plus I still had to pay like 450$.And the person i sent the package to, still had to pay 5000 pesos in Mexico.Their service was very bad.

The tracking option leaves a little to be desired but at least they deliver on the weekends unlike other delivery companies. And I'm not even going to get started on the USPS deal.

My package arrived incomplete. Only the headboard of the bed arrived and I waited a long time for this and the only solution they give me is to return it

Why not add 500 miles to transit and park for 24 hours ensuring items are delivered 2 days later than advertised.

Package is 7 days late and still shows delayed. Pathetic!

Unsatisfactory delivery service. Paid for 1 day service due to urgency of contents for a conference, but my package didn’t get there until 3 days later. Also excuses given were not true. Will not recommend

my package that was to be delivered on the 27 has not been delivered yet.

Every time something is shipped through FedEx I always have problems getting my package and is 2 or 3 days after the date they are supposed to be here

They were delivering package to wrong address as some, not sure who, gave them the wrong address. They kept trying to pkg to the wrong address. Finally 5 days later, they obtained the correct address. I was promised it would be delivered Sat morning, but of course it wasn't. I called Shoe Carnival and they are reshipping my item directly to my address. I'm not sure where the breakdown happened. But on their tacking the have me listed as receipent move from wrong address. I never lived at that address. I checked on pkg out of curiosity today and even though they have correct address the tracking shows their is no scheduled delivery. So frustrated with Shoe Carnival and Fed Ex. I have a phone if they were having problems with delivery. Geesh.

My package was scheduled for next day delivery to be delivered Sat morning. It then changed to before end of day Saturday. Now it's Mon morning and I'm still waiting for it. We'll see if it shows up before noon as scheduled now.

My internet Package is continually “ on the way” as well, my three boxes from Wayfair that were to be delivered to my door, were left in an open area at my apartment complex.
