Without exception, every single FedEx delivery I have ever received has been a complete nightmare. They don’t knock or they don’t even show up and they say that they did. I have waited by the front door for four or five hours and watch my status change from out for delivery to unable to deliver, and telling me a note was left. No note as ever left. Every single time I have to go to the FedEx distribution center, usually at night, to get my package before it gets sent back. I’ve repeatedly, and continuously requested the package be left at the door. They won’t do it. I am now waiting on a package that says the estimated delivery time is yesterday. There’s no update, there’s no clue when it might come. There’s no indication that they know or care that my package has not arrived. I absolutely despise FedEx, if I could choose to pay extra to have FedEx not deliver my packages I would do so. UPS is not much better, in fact I would think dealing with UPS was the worst experience of my life, If I had not had to deal with FedEx. I’m hoping to see my package that was supposed to be here Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, now it’s Friday still nothing.

I am disabled, so I have a wheelchair ramp up to my deck. Not only did the driver fail to knock, and let me know the package had been delivered, but he/she left it at the bottom of my ramp. The box was about 2 1/2 foot long, 1foot tall, and about a foot wide. It weighed approximately 40 pounds. In a wheelchair, how was I going to get it up my ramp. Plus, it was perishable and 90⁰ out. Very cruel of the driver if you ask me.

After extreme troubles of talking to a live customer service person i was told that my package would be delivered today aug 24. The package was suppose to be delivered the 22. One thing is a sure thing fedex will lye to you to get you off phone. Truly has become a woke cancel culture company. They have most diffently cost Walmart a customer

Every month I receive a prescription of Nucala. There is a note on the label to deliver to door and knock. So far the closest they have come to the door is 1 time to the porch. No knock on door. They have delivered it to our mail box 1/4 mile without line of site 2 times. 3 times including g today to the shop next door at 3215 A. 1 star is too high.

Been waiting for delivery sitting at home since Tuesday. Delivery showed but driver didn't deliver. Instead he sat and waited outside the allotted time then said customer niot available. Why are they so incompetant? Still waiting today. Had to call and complain to head office. Same thing occurred as previous days
