Always an issue always a note on the door and have to pick it up. Not even sure what the problem is this time :(

So complicated to get stuff from US to CA…

The FedEx delivery person came to the apartment block twice, both times instead of delivering the parcel went and parked under a tree by the edge of the driveway for 5 minutes. I was home both times and watched him drive around the building to where he had parked

I am at my apartment and for two days, so far, I asked for text updates and got none telling me where they were. I was up and down 3 flights of stairs and waited for them. Well, I had two bathroom stops, then I see them leaving the area. Ughh! I never chose them for delivery, Spectrum did, and I have to sign for a new phone. The "robot" customer service number is no help nor the customer assistant in lower right corner. How can this be resolved? If they can text, why not CALL to update?

FedEx used to be ine of the fastest . Nowadays its really slow.

Just left my package on the front steps of the wrong house. Package was addressed properly and the house where they left it had clearly visible house number that didn't match. Should not be allowed to just throw parcels on the steps and leave.

I was spec my delivery the last Monday and is Wednesday and nothing yet

Every time I get a delivery it's on time based on the seller. Sometimes I get it a day early and that is awesome. I now have the original delivery date free to do something else and not stay at home because I live in an apt complex.

Fed-Ex is worse delivery service there is a package that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days is now at 4 and counting.had to leave a 1 star rating because it doesn't go any lower

FedEx has to the most ureable delivery company that I have been dealing with

Expected a package on Friday, watched the driver pull back out of my driveway as I was heading out of the house to meet him. Did not leave my package. Called on Tuesday, supposed to call me back, never did. Today is Wednesday, I will be calling again. Did he leave my package at the wrong house? He entered on his end that no one was home. 3 of us were he! Where is my package?

Twice driver's not come, when i call sort problem operator just turn off phone

I used to think that (and still do) FedEx delivery is by far superior to UPS. However, trying to talk to an agent about problems with your delivery is definitely disheartening. Please hire people that speak English well and are helpful. I hope I never have to talk to anyone in your support area again. It was a horrible experience.
