I am expecting a package bye Wednesday August 24, no tracking info since Saturday 20th, 6am. Today is 23rd, why so slow?.

Every single time that I order something and FedEx is delivering it, it will be late! I wish companies would tell you who they are using because if it’s a gift I’d order sooner if FedEx is delivering. My mother in laws birthday present was over a week late but ordered and shipped on time, my friends get well present took 2 weeks to get to her. If I order off of Amazon and they deliver same thing always a wk late. FedEx needs to get it together with delivering packages in a timely fashion. I will never use them for my own personal deliveries because of this

My shipment from Kerrville TX to Houstom ground was done on 08/17/2022 for delivery on 08/18/2022. Till date I e. 08/22/2022 time 19.20 not delivered....as per tracking this envelope gone to OHI and coming back to somewhere else. There is passport in this and going to Indian consulate.. Sorry I have burnt my hands keeping trust on FedEx.

An how can they text you saying they delivered an did not!!!!!! Our surveillance cameras has not shown not one FedEx person delivering!!!! Lairs!!!!???

Always have my packages here ASAP and this summer the heat has been over 100 degrees for almost 2 weeks and they still do a great job.

I've basically had a issue with everything I've ever had shipped through FedEx. Today a package was supposed to be delivered it has been setting at a delivery hub 30 minutes from my address for more than 24 hours clearly seeing that it was going to arrive early by one day the delivery person surely decided not to deal with loading for tires into their vehicle and just let it wait until it makes its deadline. Great job providing the bare minimum. I'm still at least hoping I won't have to come pick it up myself like last time.

My package was never delivered, and the delivery guy decided to sign for me and just take a 2000$ package home with him. When I filed a claim which was also suggested by FedEx customer service, they came up with no results and their reason was that they couldn't locate the driver which is ridiculously unprofessional. I even have a Voicemail saved up from FedEx customer service. Get your employees straight.

Un servicio pésimo por no decir algo peor ya que tengo 6 meses esperando un paquete y aún es fecha que no me entregan nada y les marcan a las oficinas y nunca contestan su servicio de rastreo misteriosamente solo habla inglés cuando le conviene una total porquería de servicio

I never received my package. Very unresponsive company. According to fedex they delivered my package. Instead of dropping my package in a safe place they just put it in front of my driveway.

Base on the track it was said there that delay or the customer is not available, how come? I've been expecting that
