Tracking system is totally bogus and inaccurate. Package for Iowa ends up in PA. Sad excuse for shipping company.

Every time fedex delivers my packages somewhere but only not to me...every time I need to find my package, that happened right now...its horrible

For the second time in as many weeks I've had packages coming through FedEx. I've tried so hard to track my package but get nothing but a runaround to other sites. I still can't find my package! I'm going to request to any vendor to go through a reportable company who can give the right information on request!

This company is not very fast when returning a product you have ordered that didn't fit well. Has been sitting in Indianapolis for 3 days. I live in kokomo

Please update your maps for our area, drivers are having difficulty locating our street. Previous delivery was dropped at wrong home on next street over. This delivery made only after driver was up and down street one block over. Package was damaged, noted on electronic signature tablet.

It said delivered when I tracked my pkg. I never got it.

$260.00 of Harbor Freight lawn equipment just thrown over fence into front yard, no locks, no dog. Neighbor saw packages & put on front porch, porch is 23 steps from gate, anyone could have stolen them. WTF, to lazy to walk 20- 25 steps,?

Worst Service. Never recommend to any one.

Delivery time too much late

Terrible service Fed Ex driver must can't read addresses delivered a very important package to the wrong address package clearly has the right address get better drivers and stop inconveniencing people with drivers that can even deliver a package to the right place

TERRIBLE!! Tracking a package gives conflicting answers when you click on “delivered” icon it changes to “still in progress” and when you ask for help through online chat service they want to charge you a $2.00?!?!? You disgust me!!!
