FedEx reviews

FedEx says it’s arriving today and still haven’t received any news on wether it’s in Florida or not. Obviously on the map it shows it’s still in Ohio. If you’re gonna make a delivery, at least be right about when it’s coming.

The dinger went off for the gate ran out there and driver was leaving. They left notice they were deliver tomorrow by 1630. I guess we need to set at the gate all day. I hate fed ex the ups guy at least gives us 60 seconds to get out there.

just a comment to improve your deliveries and take more care. the merchandise contained in the packagesThey deliver them in very bad condition and very late

I have yet to receive any package’s from the contract carriers on time in fact my carrier will say it’s been delivered an bring it a day or two later

They said they tried to deliver them redeliver….3 minutes later before returning to the depot. Rubbish service and have gone back to supplies to suggest they use a different carrier in future.

I was a postal contractor in Florida- I know how bad a day can get when it started so good. Nothing but respect from me, for anyone who handles post - from letters to huge boxes, U.S. govt. workers to guys/ gals in any color or size of delivery vehicle that has any one of the many carrier names on the sides- SALUTE to everyone of you!

They give you a date when they'll have it to your location and never meet the time

You wait and wait for a delivery you paid to be delivered and find a door tag and now you have to go to a local business to pick up your package and when you do it's not there

In all day now telling me at 4.30pm not coming till tomorrow absolutely thrash

I placed my order 7:45pm Friday evening, choosing FedEx Ground.The company’s order confirmation said “delivery by Tuesday “. FedEx tracking, on the other hand, said delivery Sat. Apparently the FedEx tracking page didn’t take into account that it wouldn’t be picked up over the weekend. Anyway from the time it was picked up to the time it was in my hands was 22 hours, from Connecticut to northernmost New York state. Package arrived in excellent shape, carton and contents undamaged. FedEx’s Estimate of delivery date set me up for disappointment, but the actual shipping service was excellent. The problem was online, not on the road.

Worst customer service ever i lost my TV from fedex and these irresponsible staff no back or any claim settlement.

worst company ever ?my order never got delivered, Amazon saved the day and gave me my money back.
