My package requirements were for signature and we found it under the windshield wiper of my car that's was bs it was a large check

package arrived on time, held together with packing tape and appears to have been torn open, then taped up. Nothing in the package except some packing paper. FedEx lost the contentsnof the shipment, with no acknowledgment in the tracking report of any damage to the package. USPS does it better.

On front page, arrival date was 05 August. Msg content arrival date was 08 August. Today is 11 August, the item is not arrived yet!!! Disappointed!!

Package was "out for delivery" THREE times! Ended up in Oklahoma from mesquite, TX then back to Mesquite. It was finally delivered today...TO THE WRONG HOUSE! NOT happy with fedex.

My package says delivered but i dont see it anywhere in sight. Idk if it didn't come or got stolen??‍♂️

Fedex mixed up my 65kg create box being shipped from China to the UK.. I received a package being sent from Australia to Switzerland then automatically began to blame my Chinese supplier, claiming my supplier had attached my label to the Australian package.. when asked how this could be possible he then changed his tune and said that my supplier must have put the wrong product in the wrong box.. again this is utterly nonsense and impossible because my package was sent via fedex and I received a TNT package.. my item was sent in a wooden create because it weighted 65kg yet the cardboard box they send only weighed 20kg. The oddest part was that Australian package clearly has the address label, tracking number and all correct details yet my label has been removed from my create and crudely stuck to someone else's package.... Then they ask me to wait in for courier to collect Australian package, and low and behold, the courier simply does bot show up.. Unacceptable

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, according to the tracker it went across the US from Washington state to Georgia then back across the country to Tacoma Washington. I’ll never use FedEx again, their absolutely worthless! Rediculous!!

I have seldom had a good delivery from FedEx. I live on 5 wooded acres and am a disabled widow. In the instructions, I mentioned that and said packages MUST be left on my doorstep because I am unable to walk 300ft to the end of my driveway to collect a package. They have continually ignored that, and have simply thrown packages out into the weeds on either side of my driveway. Sometimes they leave packages at a neighbor's house, and say they left it at my front gate. I don't have ANY gates, front or otherwise. Once they left in in the middle of some guys yard around the corner, not even on the same STREET I live on. Apparently, this guy works a lot out of town, and MIGHT come home on weekends. The driver threw my package OVER the LOCKED gate, so I couldn't even get to it!. At present, my next door neighbor is driving around the neighborhood, looking for a package they say was delivered on Monday. Today is Wednesday, and we STILL Don't know what happened to it. The website shows a delivery exception, showing it in OcLa since Monday, but it ALSO says it was delivered. So which is it?? The ONLY shipping system that gets it right is Amazon's own drivers. They bring packages to the door, knock, then wait fir me to get to the door so they can hand the package to me, and if it's a heavy one, they go the extra mile and bring it into my hallway near the door. I honestly wish that all drivers could be this efficient, or that all my deliveries would come directly from Amazon. Get it together, FedEx. Amazon will put you out of business if you don't snap it up!

1 star is way too much for FedEx. Absolutely appalling service. My important documents are supposedly with customs in Memphis. The driver who picked up my documents was drunk and that's no exaggeration. I should have reported him. Cowboys are running FedEx. I would never use this postal service again. My documents should have been delivered on the 4th August, it is now the 10th August and still no sign. Tracking info is saying it has been in Memphis US since the 2nd. That company is absolutely useless.

I don’t know if it deserve even 1 star. I tracked my parcel for 5 days it shows delivery 20/08/22 which is today this morning I received a text message that my parcel would be delivered today . I am moving to another country soon have a million things to do but I stayed in to wait for my parcel it is now 8pm nothing arrived and I tracked again and it say delivery date can not be schedule can’t call them cos it’s close I have a very bad feeling about this . Earlier I click on see where the parcel is and it shows that it’s in some garden centre in Yates . I really hope it’s not stolen . I know I can claim it but like I said I’m moving to another country so want it now . Shame shame fedex I read review about you and it’s all negative . I sure there must be some kind of gov bodies where we can file a complaint t on such a big company . Next time I order something will as who is doing the shipping if they say fedex I will tell them I will not order anything that fedex delivers so if everyone do the same maybe fed ex will become an ex .

Paid for overnight shipping and here it is two days later and still no delivery.

Said my package was delivered. But never got it. Can’t talk to a person. Said there looking into it and will contact me. 1 day later and no contact or package. Bad service.
