FedEx and Walmart worst customer service I've experienced

Supposed to be here on the 15th. Fed ex sends me an email that package will be here on the 9th. I stay home all day because it requires a signature. On the 10th I pull up the package it is still in texas. FedEx say what you mean and mean what you say. People have lives to live. Grr!

FedEx is a terrible delivery company package shows delivered for two days but is not here. They never show up on time but when track package it shows they are delivered. Ups is the only way to ship anything FedEx is a joke if I would have known it i would have had it sent ups at least I would have got what I ordered

I would give them 1 star because according to the tracking # its still in Memphis since the first what's up with that??I'm glad I didn't need them for a wedding

Overall poor service. The only time I use FedEx is because I have no other choice

Paid 150.00 for parcel that weight 1lb from Abbotsford b.c. to mississauga Ontario overnight, well next night parcel has just made it to Vancouver like less than 70 miles,absolutely was promised if I paid the 147.21 that it would be there on time,now I can not even talk to a live person....

Most terrible Service. The tracking shows one thing and the customer service person says “ Your package is lost’ . It’s a scam. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I used to like fedex a lot but lately packages have not been arriving on time. Paid for priority 3 day, it's being a month a still has not arrived

Package was sent from the US and was supposed to arrive in England on the 26th of July, it's now the 9th of August and I've received no further tracking updates, aside from that my package is in customs. I'd also like to add I paid a ridiculous amount of money only to have the package delayed by 3 weeks and still no sign of being delivered!

Since last year have not been receiving my packages , but on tracking it says received.The sellers have been replacing my lost orders. . I ordered an American girl last X-Max when I filed a claim a guy on the phone told me to send money $500 then they will reimburse me in 5 mins. This was obviously a scam. Nobody answers the phone when you try to call . Now I am waiting for a package which was supposed to be delivered yesterday . It says it is at a local facility in Ga. I stay in SC . Since 04.44AM , it is supposed to be delivered at my place of employment since at my house , I never see the orders. I will see if it is going to be deliver today . Don’t deserve a star . Thank you to the sellers who always solve the problem . I wush they can stop using this carrier it’s a rip off.

Paid for 2 day priority. Package should have been received yesterday. STILL NOT HERE TODAY YET! Poorest service ever!

Ordered item from India, it has travelled over 5 thousand miles and been through many countries/airports. Now with only 60 miles to go it's a disaster. Been told drivers do not have communication devices. (stupid)
