They have recently "lost" two packages of mine. They are awful! UPS is by far MUCH better?

Last update of my delivery was damaged delivery not completed a week ago Aug, 3rd 22 no further updates on how this is to be resolved nor attempt to contact. So frustrated. Accidents happen I know. However Fedex is leaving me in limbo with no resolution thus far.

I cringe when I order merchandise online and they are sending it through FedEx. Why, because I never get my package when promised. Multiple times I have encountered disappointment from FedEx. I myself will never use them! And the problem is they don't care either. You complain and it doesn't help. I would like to know how they are still in business. Seriously

My packages get tossed from mid yard to my door, I've watched him on several occasions do so. They also need to update their package tracking because it's been days now and nothing has changed on the package I'm waiting for.

How can my claim be denied & your customer service tells me my package arrived to the FedEx Warehouse open and there was no product in there. Then I send everything FedEx needed & still no response back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, I will definitely make sure any further deliveries I have to request NOT TO USE FEDEX!!
