Worst company they charge you for faster delivery but then when it's not on time that it's not guaranteed so I'm other words you buy a 62 dollar scratch off hoping to win a delivery on time then they lie and do everything they can to convince you the lie is true when you have proof and show them they are rude as well. Maybe if we all stop using them they will go under soon!!

Was scheduled August 4th. Never came, still showing in Indiana. Its been 8 days. Should have stuck with Amazon.

I really find Fed Ex Tracking helpful

I have been waiting for my package of medicine to be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered on July 21 and it is August 4 and still no package. I could have driven to Phoenix and back and picked it up at the pharmacy.

For second time they lost our shipmates, and they kept lying to us telling us your baggage still in the customs ,and finally they admit that the baggage got lost

bad service 2 times they do not notify they do not do their job

I don't really use FedEx but... I very few of my orders through Amazon had been delivered by FedEx and the both time it was delivered by FedEx it was delivered to another address!! It says delivered but no package on my doorstep!! This is not a pit down about the company.. it's just a friendly reminder to pay attention to the right address on the packages so the right person gets his or her order in a timely manner! Not everyone returns packages to the right address..

Worst shipping company ever

We got our parcel ? from India. We got 2 dirty pairs of socks in our parcel which were not belonged to our parcel. I was soo shocked to see those dirty socks ? in my parcel, because it was sent by my cousin. I asked him and he said that he didn’t put any pair of socks, don’t trust these services anymore that where did they open my parcel box and added those 2 pairs of used dirty socks. I don’t know if this is plan to infect people with any infection thing.

my parcel delivery delayed by 4 day its showing still in transit ?

To slow the shipping, I made the order on 07-13-22 almost a month ago and the merchandise does not arrive it yet. Incredible!! One simple hat and its takes almost a month to arrive. Bad, really bad service.?

They told me my package would arrive on Monday August 1, 2022, today they told me they have no idea when it’s going to arrive! Unbelievable how terrible this is!! They got my money! Now I need to WAIT!!

I wouldn’t even give these people a star did not deliver my package that paid for and all they had to say was I’m sorry if I have the choice they would never deliver anything for me
