They have great delivery services

I have had nothing but trouble with them. Packages left in a ditch, tracking says it's out for delivery but that went on for over a week. How hard is it to put a package on a truck and deliver it? FedEx has taken it to a new level. They don't deserve 1 star

Fedex deliver an overnight package a day late. So you get a D. I got it so I'm grateful for that. But 24 hours late is unexceptable

I’m so disappointed, I was waiting home all the day for the package, my garage was open , my tv was on !!! And they leave me message that they missed me !!!! 0 stars for workers !!! It not first time they did it !!!

If its possible I would give zero. I never seen a company like this. Their name should be Delayed Post , not fedex. By the way Fedex is garbage. I am so regret to use it. You can call me if you see this.

Fedex has been great for 2 day. The drivers are kind & professional. I have only had 1 error on an overnight shipment but I trust FedEx WAAAAAY more than the postal workers in my area.

They are HORRIBLE! I paid extra money for a VERY IMPORTANT PACKAGE to be delivered by July 13, 2022. It is now August 3, 2022 and it has not arrived. FedEx told me that it was lost in transit!

We have had 4 delivery dates for a package and have yet to receive it! I would NOT recommend FedEx for anything!! I wish we could choose negative stars!

I wish consumer's had a choice of which parcel company they prefer to use cause I'd chose the Pony Express over Fedex. Then if my package does arrive people in my apt building still don't get their package because according to fedex customer service the drivers don't know how to use the intercom to call recipient that their package has arrived. Seriously they can't read the directions or punch in 3 numbers and hit the green send button. Very scary that these people are even operating a vehical
