Just echoing what everyone else has said. All paperwork is electronic now. Yet they can't figure who to call instead they sent the package. I guess they don't know how to call or email when they are missing electronic paper work. I will never use them.

My package was opened, things were missing and FedEx doesn't even respond or investigate what happened they just don't care, I don't recommend them they are thieves.

From the best on time delivery record to the absolutely worst! Ordered large live plant to be delivered within 5 days. Package was stuck about a 5 mile freeway drive away due to hub destination conflict for 5 days, including weekend! Plant company send another plant with 5 day delivery. 1st Fedex delivery nofication indicated early deliveey...I was excited. 2nd notification indicated delivery for following day. Three days later, including normal weekend...still no delivery! Package still tracking as "in transit". I fully expect my expensive purchase to be DOA again!!
